Do not purchase from this vender unless you are absolutely certain the product will fit. Example: original purchase total $143, return amount $106. I'm out $43 for returns, including a $10.99 processing fee. I will not order from Swimsuits For All ever again and I would not recommend it to others.

Offered free shipping with a code, I used Paypal and was not able to put the code in. Called their "customer service" and was told the order was already being processed, they could not change. (they process their orders within 15 minutes?) BS! The swimsuit was of course too small and very flimsy, so I am returning it. So after getting ripped off $18 shipping for a tankini sent PARCEL POST, I had to pay an $11 processing fee for a return. I think I need to make a complaint with the Better Business Bureau on these crooks.

Very difficult to exchange an order. The happy return system is fine but trying to get the correct exchange information took 3 phone calls to customer service. I have ordered from swimsuitsforall.com previously and didn't learn my lesson. This has happened before. Be VERY cautious when ordering from this site.

This company is impossible to deal with. Still waiting weeks for a refund. Tried to exchange a suit but was told they would charge to refund and then reorder. I used to like this company but will never deal with them again. They should be shut down by consumer protections.

Unauthorized Monthly Subscription Charges on Credit Card. As others have mentioned, they enroll you in this scam without your permission and if you don't check your charges, it can go on indefinitely. Horrible company. Beware!

I was reviewing my credit card charges and noticed a charge that was made when I was out of the country. I logged on to my account and saw a recurring charge each month since July! I'm sill workiing with the company and my credit card to get the charges reversed.

FRAUD!! Be careful they will charge you for membership fees as well…The day I ordered 1 swimsuit & a coverup I was charged $60, than a few weeks later when my swimsuit arrived I was than charged $158, with the prices on their website & discount code I used neither accounted for the amounts they charged me, this is a fraud company & I will NEVER order from them ever again!!

I ordered an item that was on back order. I was willing to wait until they received the order in. I got a communication saying that they had received the items and they were processing my order. It has been noted on the website that it is being processed for a week. I called customer service about why is it taking so long since I’ve already waited two months to get the item I would expect them to maybe process the item a little bit quicker. And the customer service people have no power or control to do anything to actually make the customer happy. They do not have any communication with the warehouse. They can write an email to their supervisor, but the supervisor has no communication to the warehouse. According to the customer service agent I spoke with there is nothing that they can really do. Therefore I feel the customer service is useless, although they do answer the phone that’s about it. They have no real way of helping you or making you a happy customer. I will not be ordering anything else from this business. I have spoken to customer service in the past about other items and have had a similar experience. They have no ability to make you happy all they do is answer the phone. I’m done.

I ordered a chlorine- resistant suit. It fit well and looked cute, but basically fell apart after 4 months of wear (2x/week). I rinsed it after each wear and never put it in washer or dryer. The seams and the front deteriorated so badly that it became see-through.

Placed an order May 30th. Checked on order June 10th. Checked in again middle of June,no updates. Checked end of June, no updates. July 10th I received update stating my order would be shipped August 20th. I tried to cancel the order at that point (July 10th) and was told the order was already in process so I couldn’t cancel. They suggested I return my order when it comes. To return the order costs $10.99 if you don’t want store credit. Will NEVER order from they again.

Honestly this is a scam. Not only did they not reissue a gift card I purchased because I did not receive it they disguised a very expensive membership as a one time rebate deal and charged me 18.51 for 8 months before I realized what was going on and only refunded 6 months. Their products are fine but they will rip you off given any opportunity. Not a trustworthy company at all!

I placed and received the order, no problem. When I received the order, it came with a Swimsuit for All catalog. One of the items I purchased was in the catalog at a lower price. I called them, asking if they would issue me a credit for difference between what I paid and sale price. They would not do that. Also, the order consisted of a tankini top and knee length cover up. The shipping charge was $20.99! There is no way that cost $21 to ship! While the merchandise is OK, their business practices are not. I will just need to buy swim apparel elsewhere.

Awful experience. First and last time I'll ever buy from them, considering I haven't even gotten what I ordered. I ordered a bathing suit June 17th, paid an extra $11 for shipping, and still haven't received it. It's been well over a month and they never bothered to even update me.

Which brings me to their customer service. It's abysmal; after over a month of waiting for a delivery promised within 7 business days I contacted them requesting they just keep the bathing suit and issue me a full refund. I live in Michigan; I needed a bathing suit in June, not whenever it may or may not eventually appear.

Which brings me to their response. They completely ignored my issue, didn't acknowledge my refund request, and told me "just wait a little longer!" I still have yet to receive another reply after I restated I'd like a refund and don't care about the suit anymore.

Well, I will not be waiting any further. I now have a personal mission to inform everyone about the way this company does business (if you can call taking your money and giving you nothing in exchange business). I have bought many suits from this company for the last 6 years or more. I always chose the chlorine resistant because I do laps three times a week. They each lasted a year to a year and a half, which I felt was reasonable. I also never bought one unless the suit was on sale. Their "regular price" seem to be somewhat high. But with sales and coupons, they were reasonable for how long they lasted. My most recent two purchases, one a tankini top and the other a one-piece swimsuit, were tragic. Both were purchased within the last 4 months. The tankini was a solid color that within a month faded in a way that left target like circles in the center of my breasts. The swimsuit was a solid dark blue that had vertical stripes on the chest. Within 3 weeks of wearing both the first time, the suits began to fade in strange ways. A circular pattern near my belly button and along the sides arose. It went from being navy blue to gray. Then the stripe pattern began to fade as well. So I contacted them about the poor quality. They kept telling me that I couldn't return it because it was beyond 60 days, which I understood. But I told him I didn't want to return it, I wanted a refund because of the poor quality. They were completely unsympathetic and all they could offer was a 20% discount on current catalog prices with free shipping. That meant that I am paying basically the same type of sale price I paid for the first two suits again some four months later. No matter how much I asked for supervisors etc they were completely unwilling. I will consider whether to discontinue doing business with them because I have had such a positive past. But this was totally aggravating.

I ordered a suit. The day I received it the price dropped from $79.49 to $32.98. They refused to refund the difference and said I had to buy a new suit and return the first one. I was charged $20.98 shipping on the first suit, $11.98 shipping on the second suit and they are keeping $11 return fee. What a ripoff. Never again!

Swimsuitsforall Stole money,,,They have NOT HONORED my Gift Certificate (the certificate itself says it does not expire). I wrote on MAY 24th. 5 different customer service agents told me that it had to be "reactivated"...? WHY was it inactivated??? I had to wait 3-7 days for it to be "reactivated" - 5 TIMES! Each of these times I reached out to a different customer service agent and then waited the prescribed time. I tried to purchase 20 or 30 times. I am disgusted. This is stealing. I will seek recourse. Wasted time. money, frustration. Despicable.

They purposely make returning an item a nightmare!!!!! I did not give up! After spending an hour trying to return an item - waste of time looking for a nonexistent order number. You need an order number to return an item. If you don’t set up an account. (you will be flooded with junk mail weather you have an account or not). But if you fo not have an account - good luck with returns.

Watch out you don't get sucked into their rewards program. It's in the fine print, of course. Can't anyone be transparent??
