The answering service was protracted…
The answering service was protracted and when I got through, it was the wrong department and had to start over again. When speaking to the operator there was too much background noise to full understand what was being said.

Been with swinton for years,but we…
Been with swinton for years,but we changed our car recenty and £389 was added onto the premium, which doubled in the monthly payments.
So we decided to leave and they still had to charge us £140.53.
Our payments now with a new provider are more than half than what swinton were wanting to charge us.

I called 1st August to change my address and phone number then the man who I could not understand said I’ll be charged but does not no how much then he put me through to a different person who’s head set was not working she rang me back on a different head set and still the same then she said I’ll get a different agent to ring me back which they never did so now just before renewal they have annoyed me and I’ve been with them for years the service centre you cannot here them because other conversations in the background that was it now I won’t be renewing and use someone else if I don’t get a response very soon then then I’ll take the review off if I get a phone call

Being able to talk to a person,I have some hearing loss and both people I spoke to were patient and helpful.
The second person I spoke to her name was “Precious “and she really went the extra mile to sort things out.
The only thing I didn’t like was the very long spiel on the phone,before speaking to someone.though still a 5 star service.Regards Daniel.

Brian star of Swinton no experience of Swinton so cannot…
I’ve no experience of Swinton so cannot comment yet. But your assistant who’s called Brian has the patience of a saint, I’m not fully experienced with AI and not quite up to date with my phone ( a new one), but Brian stayed calm while I made numerous attempts to complete my application . And patiently waited while I made error after error, even looking up on Google to find out how my mobile worked . Thanks to him I have cover with Swinton for my car! Thank you
