Very rude and useless company, horrible service

Very rude company, we rented a temporary room with them and they left us in the street because the landlord didn't rent the property to them anymore (but they didn't know until the day we arrived).
They only replied through whatsapp every 10-20min, and offer to be in different places for the long of the staying (who has time in vacations to check out and check in in several places during a stay?).
Worst renting and customer service, I recommend to avoid them at all cost, unless you want to end up in the street and looking for a new place for yourself on your 1st day of vacations :).

Dirty place and Bad experience with the check-in

Bad experience with the check-in: not the right access code.
Wrong description: the "newly refurbished property" is just a dirty place poorly maintained. Still waiting for an answer from the customer service (almost 4 weeks) - not sure I will have any.

Swipe properties did everything in their power to accommodate and help us have a great, safe and memorable trip. I'll definitely use them in the future for warm and cosy home stays. Pedro the gentleman that helped us was really accommodating and wonderful.

I’ve now stayed twice with Swipe in the St Michaels Apartments in Dundrum. It is right beside the biggest shopping mall in the country with choices of over 30 restaurants within minutes of the apartments. The apartments are not located in a typical residential area, but on saying that they are within 3 minutes walk to the tram line - with a 15 minute trip into the city centre. For those with a car, Dundrum is located to the south of the city and the motorway ring road is again only minutes away for this ideally located apartment. The apartments themselves are modern, exceptionally cleans and any issues get an immediate response. They are so new that there were no hangers in the wardrobes. I made a call and in less than 30 minutes I had a delivery of hangers. Excellent apartments, well located and very clean at a reasonable price.

Avoid! Not as described.

There was no TV, even though stated in description that there will be, and when contacting the company on whats-app as suggested in the email, they just said it was broken by previous guests and did not reply when we asked when it would be replaced.

The rental car got clamped - there are pictures showing the parking space outside the apartment, and this was the main reason for booking this accommodation. Nowhere in description is it mentioned that the owner of the property hasn't given permission for parking and that cars will be clamped. We had to pay €120 to get the car free and the reply on whats-app just said that there is no parking as owner haven't given permission and they ignored following messages about the fee.

There is no parking, the fridge is not working properly, the freezer section not clean and the freezer door falling off, it is not a full-size fridge/freezer as stated in description but an under-the-counter size.
There is no sofa bed, only a box mattress in the living room.
Description says there is separate dining and separate living area, but there is only 1 dining/living area with the box mattress open into the kitchen.

There was no hot water, and even though we followed the instructions on the airing cupboard (we shouldn't have to fix the boiler to get hot water in the evening!) it didn't work.

The property was dirty and mouldy, there were lampshades and light bulbs missing, and the company didn't pick up the phone when we called to complain.

After returning from holiday we contacted them, and still no reply.
