Wrong sizing twice even tnough blazer old blazer of the same size fits perfectly. Unfortunately they have a monopoly in the school we go to so we have no choice. I am now £50 out of pocket as they say they won’t check if they’ve had it back without my proof of delivery which we have misplaced
Appalling processing and customer service
I have been appalled by the customer service. Initially my order was very delayed. Some of it arrived but school shirts did not. I returned some of my order (as didn't fit). I then eventually sourced the school shirts elsewhere as starting secondary school was approaching. I emailed SWI to request they cancel the shirt order, only to be told they had been dispatched and couldn't be cancelled. Miraculously I THEN received a automatically generated dispatch email (suspicious). I returned the shirts upon receipt as no longer needed.
Neither item was refunded.
I have chased and chased for this but they keep refusing to look in to the order. They state that they will only look in to the order if I have the tracking number from the post office (which frustratingly i can't find). They refuse to look using my order number, name, address or payment method. It's a flat refusal to investigate.
I am so frustrated. This is over £100!

Absolutely useless, company for several year runing have let down hundreds of parents for this new term ive ended up sourcing used uniform twice because its never in stock , they tell you a pack of lies, ordered in may and june and neither item was available before the new y7 term, its disgusting , unfortunately our shitty school likes to back them up , Absolutely bull s**t !

Shocking customer service
I ordered 2 packs of school shirts. I always order these same shirts and just bought the next size up. When I received the shirts I opened 1 pack and put them in the wash. Only upon opening up the short did I realise that there is a velcro top button for easy opening. It is a horrible thing - means you can't keep the top button open and the velcro scratches against my son's neck. I called the company and they have refused to refund me for these shirts because they were washed, even though I called and explained that I thought they were the same as the ones I always order. There is no mention on the description about any velcro fastening! Absolutely appalling and I shall not be using this company again.

Absolutely awful says items are in stock to notice a couple wks later you don't have them and message asking why and they tell you they will hopefully get them in a couple of months despite having over 30 in stock at the time this has happened 4 times now I have 6 kids and never had an easy experience it's a shame we have no other place to get uniforms online
Blazer quality is rubbish
Blazer quality is rubbish, but other school providers. Refund wait times are beyond disgusting. They received and signed for my return over a week ago and I am told they have upto 14 days! Not practical and ridiculous compared to other retailers.

We ordered uniform for my son's new…
We ordered uniform for my son's new school in July. We got some of it, but still outstanding the PE kit. Estimated to be delivered some time in October! The school sweatshirts are dreadful quality severe bobbling after a couple of weeks wear and a few washes. If I had a choice I would not buy from this company again.
Bad Quality and Poor Customer Service
I recently purchased two school jumpers from SWI. They arrived with excess fabric that sheds all over other clothes, furniture, and the floor. Even after washing them four times, the fabric continues to come off. It makes me wonder if SWI is compromising on material quality to boost profits!

3 weeks into high school my daughter STILL does not have the correct uniform as the sizing on this website is so inaccurate we have had to reorder FOUR times to get it right. I’ve just made another order and what we need isn’t even in stock! Preorder is saying up to 2-4 weeks or maybe more it’s absolutely disgusting as there is no other way for us to get uniform and most of the items are compulsory and can only be bought from this cowboy company, I expected much more of cheam high school and will be sending them another email of complaint in hopes they will consider swapping uniform providers as almost all other families have had the same issues.

I placed my order on 7th July. Well in time for the new school year on Thursday. I have chased so many times to be given different expected delivery dates. Saturday I finally received a tracking code on for this to now have gone missing at Royal Mail and SWI are not interested at all. I spoke with someone on the phone earlier and asked if I could just place a new order with guaranteed next day delivery and was told no. NO management there. No Complaints department. I will be making it clear to my Childs school that if they keep using this company with no other options I will be sending my kids in different uniforms as I refuse to use these again. Bank Charge Back is now my only option.

Very odd that the SWI trustpilot page has disappeared with hundreds of 1 star reviews... Customer service is terrible and complaints are just referred to a generic email address. There is no fast delivery option for customers, unlike pretty much all other companies when they give you an option to pay for faster delivery. Was told 3-5 working day delivery, this time on the phone it was 5-7 working day, goodness knows how long it will take for our large uniform order to arrive!! My autistic son is distressed about not having correct uniform to start his school year!

Had to return some skorts that I ordered as way too big, despite measuring my child’s waist! Luckily I replaced locally 2nd hand to avoid having to pay a delivery fee.
Still waiting on refund for these! It is now over timescale they gave me for refund, which is far too long in the first place.
This kit costs a fortune & they are dragging their heels to return the money for returned goods.
I have read a lot of reviews & wish my daughter’s new school didn’t use this company! First experience & a bad one at that.
How to screw off the customers and get away with it
I would be happy to get my order at least. I ordered the uniform in an advised by the school time and my order got lost in the warehouse and didn't get through the system. I got a refund really quickly, so I could make a new one (prices!!!). There is 5 days till my child starts his new school and after a week since the last order we have nothing and we are getting really stressed about going to school without even a blazer.
