Ashley was spot on with communication and spoke to me and emailed me with all updates. The top notch service speaks for itself. The watch was fast tracked and I received within 3 -4 days of the payment. It was securely packed and safely delivered. Moreover I got the watch at £900 discount from high street price. I took it to the Breitling boutique and got the links adjusted and registered online. Very pleased with my purchase. Will buy more watches. Thank you once again.

This is the second time that I have purchased a high quality watch from Swiss Watches Direct . This time I purchased a Zenith watch .
I spoke to Ashley who sorted everything out for me in a very helpful, timely and friendly manner . He sent me regular e-mails to update me on my order , which arrived very promptly .
If anyone is thinking about purchasing a watch from Swiss Watches Direct , I would encourage you to go ahead straight away . I have now bought two quality watches with significant discounts and everything has been absolutely fine with both timepieces . They also come in the presentation box with the appropriate manufacturer’s warranty .

Ordered an Omega Seamaster most recent Summer Blue. Had looked over the reviews and was happy and the price was right. It was certainly the largest online purchase I have performed and thus i checked and rechecked the various reviews.
Communication was amazing both Garry and Ashley. I made an initial enquiry mid November, they didn't pester me, I received a polite "any thoughts" e-mail a couple of weeks later at which point I had organised myself and placed the order.
They asked for 50% on order and balance on dispatch from them.
I was notified it had been ordered from their suppliers, I was notified it was on the way and had arrived and had been checked. I was then told it was on the way with tracking details. The watch arrived just under 2 weeks from order. All the time I was kept appraised of what was occurring.
The watch has zero marks, all the peel off protection strips and all of the warranty cards in a genuine box. Additionally it is obvious even the outer cardboard box was made for the product the size is spot on with thin foam inlay for protection
As the advertisement says "it does what it says on the tin" Completely happy

I can't praise Ashley and Garry enough for their very prompt service and professionalism throughout. Like others l was dubious about buying online but l feel l did my research well and came up trumps. I bought a TAG HEUER formula 1 watch which was just shy of 25% cheaper than walking into a shop to buy the exact same thing. I placed my order on Saturday knowing that it wouldn't be picked up until Monday because of the working week and here l am on Tuesday proudly wearing my new watch. All l had to pay on top of the price was the fully insured next day P&P, unlike some European traders where you have to pay import tax/VAT.

The one good point having bought a watch from Swiss Watches Direct was the price. I ordered a TAG HEUER watch 13th. October 2024. The price was £2,485.00 which I paid the same day. I explained the wrist band needed was 22cm. However I was told this was a none standard size and would normally cost £300.00 but would let me have one for £150.00 and would take a month to acquire a Crocodile replacement. Ashley my contact with SWD did keep me informed of the slow progress and offered to return £1,000.00 till the wrist band was in his possession he apologised and I received my watch 3rd. December after paying an extra £150.00
Would I recommend this Company? I would suggest to any prospective buyers that they read all the available terms very carefully. My waiting time was horrendous The experience is not the same as walking into a shop and trying on a watch that takes your eye and paying for it and walking out wearing it.

Great company to do business with. Ordered my watch online on 3/11/2024. Was contacted on 4/11/2024, then called on 5/11/2024 to confirm. Agreed date of 13/11/2024 for delivery. Seemless buying experience. Ashley and Garry Kept me informed throughout the whole process, sourced the exact watch I wanted (Breitling Superocean Heritage Green Dial) and had it delivered to me on the day they said they would. Couldn't be happier with the service or the product. Highly recommend and will use them again in the future.

Great prices and great communication. I have been aware of SWD for a number of years but I was always dubious of buying any watches online. However, did a bit of research and saw that they were sponsoring snooker events. This gave me reassurance that they were a reputable company. I read their trust pilot reviews and felt much more comfortable dealing with them. So happy I did.
On to the important part, the purchase. I have been wanting a Monaco for years, tried them on in various jewellery stores for years. Purchased one from SWD, absolutely delighted. £1000 cheaper from high street shops. I never write reviews but felt I had to make an exception
