I have a range of Switch-bot devices and they are easy to set up and use. Good quality for money.
Water Leak Detector - Very Useful
I bought a Switchbot water leak detector, which was to go on the roof of our conservatory and alert me if water went past a certain level, which generally means the roof outlet is blocked. It does this very well - if we experience really heavy rain then it can send me a water alert but provided the drainage outlet is not blocked then it clears itself quickly. So I can be happy knowing that the conservatory roof is not going to leak, without having to climb up on to the roof to visually check it.
SwitchBot Lock Pro
SwitchBot Lock Pro - fantastic product. easy to install. works flawlessly. Haven't carried a key since installing it. My Son had not long started high school and then lost his house keys, which would have cost to replace locks, etc. Fortunately, we found the keys, but shortly after bought and installed the switchbot lock and have not looked back since! My son can’t lose his fingerprint or keypad code!! Also saved getting new keys for people like my cleaner who just has a code. It's great when family come to visit and can grant them access over a time period. Every now and then it gets stuck and maybe 3-4times I've had to re-configure the lock over the last 18months… this has always been down to user error and takes 20 seconds to configure and then it's working again. It does throw some people that visit the house and don't know how to use it. But in the main, people are impressed that i can unlock my door with my fingerprint. It's just become second nature to us. and that we can check the door is locked when we are away is ace. I also have it integrated into my home assistant setup.
First class products from a first class…
First class products from a first class company, on the very rare occasion I have had an issue their tech support were available straight away and sorted it immediately for me. Everything is extremely well engineered and works perfectly. Best of all is that it works in the HomeAssistant smart home environment which is an absolute must for me. Totally recommend and trust this company.
Switchbot Hub Mini

I also have the SwitchBot Hub Mini (first version) in addition to the Hub 2, and I find it very useful. It connects SwitchBot devices via Bluetooth to Wi-Fi, allowing remote control through the app. It can control TVs and AC units using the IR remote feature and integrates with Alexa and Google Home, but not with Apple Home/Siri (only basic commands via Shortcuts). Setup is quick, the design is compact, and it’s powered via USB. It costs around €25–30. Excellent overall, but for Apple Home you’ll need the Matter-enabled version. 5/5 for Alexa or Google users!
The Hub 2
I purchased a few products last year, and order & delivery was a cinch.
Amongst my order was the Hub 2, which I’d used to monitor the environment (temperature and humidity) and also extend the capabilities of my smart lock,
My air conditioner wasn’t a supported device at the time, but that’s now that’s all changed and it works well.
Matter set up also took a bit of fiddling about for the Apple Home integration, but that also works once it’s set up.
Very bad quality.
Very bad quality.
Installed 3 locks, of which 1 was always losing positioning. I thought it was my door having an issue and i have spent 250 on a locksmith changing my door lock. Issue still there. Ordered a pro lock, and issue still there, they sent me a new pro lock in warranty, issue still there. Then also the other 2 after an update started jamming and losing position.
Total of 1000 spent on locks, keypads and locksmit. Once my customers were also locked out mid holiday... Terrible

I've been loving my Switchbot devices…
I've been loving my Switchbot devices lately, they're super affordable and perfect for a beginner like me. Setting everything up was seriously a breeze, I didn't need any tech expertise at all. Their customer support is also top-notch, they were really helpful when I had a question. Honestly, I recommend checking them out if you're looking to smarten up your home on a budget!

I bought a S10 robot vacuum in November 2024. It is a very expensive poor piece of machinery. I had to return the vacuum and the water station as both failed.
The service was poor. Delivery to and from the EU with significant delay and the new units also failing.
I’ve been using the SwitchBot Air…
I’ve been using the SwitchBot Air Purifier for a few weeks now, and I’m really impressed. It works quietly, even at higher fan speeds, and the air in my room feels noticeably fresher within just a few hours. The air quality sensors react instantly , whenever I open a window or start cooking, the purifier automatically boosts the fan speed and quickly brings everything back to normal.
I really like the ability to control it through the SwitchBot app. You can check the air quality, change modes, or set a schedule with ease. The integration with other SwitchBot devices, like the temperature and humidity sensor, works flawlessly and makes the whole system genuinely smart.
purchase was declined
I’ve tried to purchase a SwitchBot Lock Ultra from you. but received a message saying my card was declined. My bank informed me that nets.eu has flagged your website as a scamsite, which is preventing me from completing the purchase.
Could you please look into this?
Smart products for smart homes
My experience with SwitchBot started with my support towards the S10 cleaning robot on Kickstarter.
At the time it was on paper the best robotic vacuum cleaner on the market, with a unique set of features. And months later, SwitchBot did deliver!
Until now, I've been happily using my S10 in my furry house (multiple dogs and cats).
Ever since, I have been adding more SwitchBot products to my smart home setup.
2x air purifiers, smart lock pro, hub, CO2 monitor, and many temperature sensors later, I am a big fan of the brand and always looking forwards of new innovative products to integrate to my setup :)
Keep up the good work!
SwitchBot has managed to automate one thing perfectly: disappointment.
SwitchBot has managed to automate one thing perfectly: disappointment.
I’ve invested in their curtain bots, button pushers, remotes—you name it. My home should look like a scene from Black Mirror, but instead it feels like a middle-school science fair project that ran out of batteries halfway through.
Speaking of batteries—my last two remotes arrived stone-cold dead. No charge, no power, not even the courtesy of a blinking light. Imagine buying a flashlight that proudly ships without the bulb. That’s SwitchBot.
When I reached out for help, I was connected to someone calling himself “Jonathan.” Talking to Jonathan was like debating a goldfish: pleasant enough, but you walk away realizing absolutely nothing was accomplished. The only solution he seemed capable of offering was wasting more of my time.
What SwitchBot doesn’t seem to grasp is that “smart home” means the devices should be smart, not the customers required to fix them. At this point, my actual light switches and curtains are more intelligent than the company’s entire support department.
Save yourself the headache. Your hands, a $2 battery, and gravity will outperform SwitchBot every single time—without Jonathan’s help.
Quick responses through whatsapp
Quick responses through whatsapp. Great.
Ghost Company.
I needed information on one of their floor-cleaning robots. I tried contacting the chatbot (it just says it doesn't understand every question), on Instagram, via email... It seems like a ghost company. No one has responded in over two weeks. If that's the case, stay away.
Great company, great products
I'm absolutely loving my SwitchBot products! The Bot, Hub Mini, Curtains, Humidifier, and Meter Pro all work seamlessly with my Homey smart home platform. It's been a game-changer for automating my home and making it more comfortable.
I've purchased everything from Amazon, and I have to say, their customer support is great, with quick responses and solutions. Highly recommend!

Bought the k10+pro combi and was blow away by how good it was.
Also I ordered it on a deal and then 2 days later it was on a better deal so I emailed the company and they refunded the difference between the two deal prices which was amazing as well. No fuss no arguments.
