The staff was calm, patient and professional despite me being angry initially because of the bill sent to me but she patiently explained and solved the issue and I later apologised for my behaviour.
Switch2 Customer Service Advisor understood my query and was most helpful in trying up help me book an 'Essential Maintenance' booking. When she found all slots were taken, she asked if I minded if the Engineer phoned me to make an apptmt. This suits my very well. Then she went the second mile and asked if I had any other issues. I told her I had written s letter last week about my bill, but was unsure if this was her Dept. She kindly listened for and we both decided that this maintenance check was next and actions could be taken after this. I am satisfied - having been a Switch2 customer for 11 years. Thanks, Emily
Booked a phone re call and was contacted very quickly
Irritating music and slow menu, but great call handler. No appointments availanle on their system for essential maintenance, so have to wait for them to call back. Then they didn't call back, 2 weeks later sent a letter asking us to call to arrange an appointment- waste of their time and resources...

Unprofessional, they didn't come on the day they were booked for, even if this was an emergency and it will take another couple of days to come back as they don't work during the weekend and I am at work.
