Simon was amazing - very responsive and with detailed support and guidance when I had some issues getting set up in Saudi Arabia.

I wanted to keep my old work number which I'd had for 13 years and easily had this ported into Swytch via PAC process - again talked through each step by Simon.

System uses VoIP so you need to realise that it's not quite the same process as a normal phone line as calls and messaging come through the app but all this is explained up front. For me it is ideal as I keep my old UK number live and folks from back home calling me don't pay any more than they would if I was in the UK.

I've told another couple about my experience and they will both be moving to Swytch as they are paying an expensive monthly contract to keep with their UK mobile operator.

Simon was great at handling my porting-in request and has also identified an issue where I would not have foreseen. He was really informative and instructed on how to resolve the issue! Now managed to use Swytch without issue while abroad!

They definitely do provide a UK number for a cheap amount, but to be completely honest every single audio call I’ve gotten has had the worst audio quality in the world. I end up calling them from my international number whilst I’m abroad instead. I would recommend finding another VOIP that maybe more expensive but at least your number works instead of just being for show!

Swytch allowed me to keep my UK number without the need for expensive service contracts! The service from Simon was great and the number was ported over in a few days. I highly recommend!

After moving to NZ I wanted to keep my UK phone number so I could receive texts and calls from UK companies, friends and family.

After researching my options, I chose Swytch because of their excellent customer service reviews. Its true. Sign-up was simple, and Simon at Swytch gave me all the help and reassurance I needed to port my existing UK number across.

I did need to change a phone setting to allow internet calls, but once that was sorted I was making and receiving texts and calls to and from the UK in NZ, Yay!

So far, the quality of telephone calls is surprisingly good/fair considering the distance, I've sometimes had worse call quality when I lived in the UK.

By using Swytch (which is a VOIP service) I now carry one mobile phone for both my NZ and UK mobile numbers, with no roaming charges!

Professional customer service
Numbers seem to be ported in successfully and I can already see SMS being received on those within the Swytch app

Moving to the other side of the world is no easy feat and the admin is mind-boggling. When everything is reliant on two-factor authentication, the prospect of losing my UK number was extra stressful, but Swytch has made the whole process of maintaining that number wonderfully easy. Enormous sigh of relief with no fuss and no overcomplicated processes. Communication was clear and without convoluted admin-speak. Could not be more grateful for such a fab service!

Great business for UK virtual phone numbers. I needed to move abroad but needed to keep my UK contact information for work and Swytch made the process simple and quick. Very easy to get a new UK number or to port-in an existing number. Customer service is prompt and helpful. Prices are very reasonable. App is intuitive and easy to use. Have had no problem yet placing or receiving calls or texts on my ported number. Has made the business transition very smooth. You can easily add numbers and users (though I have not done this yet, it appears straightforward in my account or in the app). Would definitely recommend.
