Outstanding Customer Service – Fast and Hassle-Free Replacement!
Firstly, we have enjoyed many days and nights using our Sylvox Outdoor TV over the past 18 months. The picture quality is excellent and it has been a fantastic addition to our outdoor space. Unfortunately, it recently developed a fault and stopped turning on. I checked support on their website and noticed they provide a 2yr warranty.
I contacted customer service and was amazed when they responded to my initial email within the hour. I was fortunate to deal with Sally, who provided an exceptional experience from start to finish. She quickly arranged a replacement, which arrived within just three days, and even organised a free collection of the faulty unit—completely hassle-free!
The service was efficient, professional, and truly above and beyond. It’s rare to find such responsive and customer-focused support these days. A huge thank you to Sally and the Sylvox team! Highly recommend.

I ordered the under the cabinet
I ordered the under the cabinet, Sylvox tv. It came perfectly packaged. While installing and getting the picture to come up we noticed a black line that would not disappear after our channel selection. After contacting your support I dealt with Sunny, who is beyond helpful. Her response and emails were immediate and within a couple of days I have a downloaded return shipment label, and a replacement on its way with a shipping reference number.I can’t tell you the relief I had because Sunny took very good care of me. You should be honored to have her as an employee. I felt all of my questions were answered, and she was very pleasant, which is hard to find, especially when you’ve just spent money on a product that you’re excited to receive and there are issues, but she made me feel like it was very important to get this taken care of in a timely manner And a pleasant one. Thank you Sunny for your help.

Sylvox TV display clock fix…
Bought and installed new under cabinet Sylvox TV. Front Panel clock would reset after turning TV off. I reached IAN in customer service. He said that clock is running from internal battery (CR 1220 similar to watch battery or small device). He sent me a clear video how to change the battery and that fixed my issue. Only needed a small screw driver. Took less than 10 minutes. Perfect service

I liked my first TV so much, I bought another. Ian has provided fast, excellent customer service when I questioned the arrival date. I’m a very happy customer.
Decent TV, but SUPER customer support
Researched a replacement for our 34 yr old 10" Sony under cabinet kitchen TV. Hadn't heard of this brand before, but the size, features and price were right. Arrived quickly, easy to set up, but was missing the Smart TV features. So, I called customer service, expecting the worst. But, was pleasantly surprised by the speed and professionalism of "Sunny" on the phone and emails. They determined that my TV wasn't a Smart TV version and initiated a replacement at no cost to me. Much better process and outcome than I expected.
Back to the TV. Two semi-minor complaints. First, the screen has a matte anti-reflection surface that degrades off angle viewing by reducing sharpness and color saturation. On axis, the color and saturation of the display is clear and accurate. Second, the sound quality is below average at best. I've tried adjusting the bass/treble settings but an annoying vibration resonance starts when the volume is set any higher then ~25%. This is usually fine for most of our kitchen use, but seems like a simple speaker mounting or grill design issue.
Top notch customer service
I love my outdoor TV. I had an issue with a missing piece for the bracket when it first arrived and customer service quickly sent a replacement part. Then when I ran into issues with the remote 10 months later, customer service quickly sent me a replacement remote.
Bad Product
I ordered a 55 inch outdoor tv from Sylvox. Had it in the box for a year before we installed it outside under our tiki hut. Within 8 months of using it the power would completely shut off. We would have to unplug it and plug it in again to get it to turn on. Sometimes, it would turn on in 15 minutes and sometimes in an hour. We called for support and was told it was out of warranty and they didn’t have a technician in my area to work on it. I will never buy another product from this company. We put the tv out to be picked up by the garbage company. There is no where on there website to write a review. Hmm… go figure.
