I ordered a Deck Pro TV from Sylvox

I ordered a Deck Pro TV from Sylvox. The original TV I received had some issues with picture quality. Sylvox stepped up on a big way and sent a replacement and their customer service was amazing. I am very happy with my new Deck Pro 65" TV.

Don’t buy anything from this sh*t company

If there was an option to give no stars I would but there not so they get one I am extremely a polled how this company dose there customer sarvice they told me my tv was out of stock and when I checked there website it was still in stock and when I went to go email them they kept and ignoring me

Great customer service

I purchased a 55’ TV plus soundbar and installation. The company was in touch with me the whole time about when to schedule the installation and who to expect. Unfortunately, My first TV did not function properly. Sunny at Customer service immediately sent me a replacement TV and a label to send the old TV back. The second TV arrived and again we scheduled installation pretty quickly after its arrival. Unfortunately, when we unpacked the second TV it had been damaged in transit. As you might imagine I was disappointed, but Sunny at customer service again was very responsive and sent me a replacement TV. My third TV arrived and within a week installation was scheduled again. This time the TV works and has a great picture. The whole process has taken a few weeks, but customer service has been very helpful. I am looking forward to using our TV in the spring!

The TV display stopped working after a few months of usage. We had to go through 2 customer support reps but in the end they sent a courrier to pick up the defective unit and sent us a new one.

I ordered the 65” deck pro series

I ordered the 65” deck pro series. The first tv showed up and didn’t work properly. I emailed Sylvox and they immediately sent me another tv. I received the replacement within 1 week. I paid for installation and Sunny with Sylvox set up installation for me in 1 day. Couldn’t be happier. I’ve only had the tv for 1 week and so far I am happy with the quality and functionality of the tv.

Sylvox 55” outdoor tv

Ordered my Sylvia 55” TV for my patio cause I wanted something more for outdoors than my old regular TV. Shipping was really fast which was amazing. Installation was a breeze, very happy so far!

My TV screen shattered after owning it for 5 weeks. A small pebble hit the screen and cracked it. I am stunned that the screen could shatter so easily.

I had this $1500 TV for exactly 13…

I had this $1500 TV for exactly 13 months and it stopped working. We contacted customer support who told me I had to ship it back to them, they would look and repair (if possible) and charge me. The warranty was one year. Shipping back to CA would have been incredibly expensive. I took it to a local TV repair shop and they found it is a no-name Chinese brand TV. The Master Control Panel needs replacement. Sylvox won't sell the Master Control Panel to my repair shop.

65" Deck Pro 2.0

After a few years of battling glare, shadow's, etc., we finally broke down and invested in a outdoor tv for our pool patio from Sylvoxtv. I cannot say enough about this tv. The quality of the outer frame/housing is top notch and the picture quality is unmatched. Late in the evenings, when the sun is at its worst on our porch, the clarity and quality of this tv is perfect! Investing in a outdoor tv from Sylvoxtv is worth every dollar you spend. Fast shipping and great customer service. Highly recommend!

The Sylvox outdoor TV has completely transformed my backyard. The picture quality is sharp, and even on the brightest days, there's no glare or distortion. We've hosted a few outdoor movie nights, and everyone has been blown away by how clear the screen is.

55” deck pro 2.0

We purchased the 55” deck pro 2.0 and we love it so far. Great picture and looks to be a well built tv. It looks indestructible. We bought the installation with the tv and when the install date came around we had hurricane Helene come through and ravage our area so we could not get the tv installed that day. We were very happy with the customer service during that time because they worked with us in rescheduling the installation four different times. They worked with us with every question and concern we had and I will definitely use this company again in the future for our outdoor television needs. We appreciate them.

While the Sylvox outdoor TV is priced higher than a regular indoor TV, considering its waterproof, weatherproof features and superior picture quality, I believe it's well worth the investment. Since buying it, my outdoor life has become much more enjoyable.
