I purchased a TV for my business
I purchased a TV for my business, but it came damaged.
I reached out to the support team, and they asked for pictures and my order information.
Within a few emails back and forth and very fast responses from Sunny, he was able to send me a new one! I have not received the new TV yet but as of now I am extremely satisfied with the support team and expect to be just as happy with the TV.

Update: 17 October 2024. Sylvox customer support contacted me and shared that my TV in fact had a 2 year guarantee not the 1 I was previously informed of!! After several emails back and forth my TV was replaced with an upgraded version and the faulty TV returned to base. I would like to thank 'Sunny', from the support team for being my main contact throughout, they were really communicative and supporting and helped make a not-very-good initial outcome into a successful one. If only it had happened without my having to write a review on Trust Pilot. For Sunny's help and for the replacement TV I have upgraded my rating from 1 to 3.
I bought a Sylvox TV based on its company reputation for quality and reliability of its products. The 24 inch TV was for my RV where it would be used sparingly when on vacation. After 18 months (guarantee is 12 months), and approximately 25 hours of viewing, the screen failed. The solution from the Sylvox support team... buy another Sylvox TV (at a discount) or pay for the (likely) costly repairs. I selected neither as an expensive TV should surely last longer than 25 hours?!! My faith in Sylvox as a brand has been shattered.

I purchased a TV over a year ago and it all of a sudden stopped displaying a picture. I emailed them 3 times and tried calling 5 days in a row - no response. This is looking like a scam company - no support and all lies about "24 hour email response". I will be contacting my credit card company and disputing the charge and filing a legal claim as well.

I'm loving my Sylvox outdoor TV! The 4K Ultra HD picture is crystal clear, the brightness is incredible, even in bright sunlight, and the sound is amazing thanks to Dolby Atmos. And it also could work well in some crazy weather, waterproof is incredible!

This is finally resolved. Sylvox sent the correct TV and picked up both the broken TV and the one they sent that was not correct at no additional charge. Time will tell how the new TV will hold up and I definitely had to be patient and diligent with this company to get a correct resolution, but we now have a working outdoor TV, same model as original that has a new 1 year warranty.
I appreciate that Sylvox was willing to work with me and continue to try until it was resolved. I am not sure if I would buy from them again if this TV doesn't hold up, but I do appreciate their efforts.

Sylvox customer service worked diligently with us over the last month to come to a resolution we found acceptable. They have shipped us out a replacement TV that we received and is confirmed working, HOWEVER they sent us the wrong model. we had
a 2000 NIT pool series 65" Tv. they sent us a 1000 NIT deck series TV. We paid an additional $861.00
for a 2000 NIT replacement TV, which includes their quote to fix the original issue and half of the return shipping. This brings our total investment over the last 16 months in this TV to $3,459 and we STILL DO NOT HAVE A WORKING 2000 NIT TV. At this point, I just want them to pick up their replacement TV and refund me the $861 i just paid. We wasted over an hour unpacking, testing and repacking only to find this level of incompetence on their end and more inconvenience for us. I will update this again once i learn the status of the refund and pick up.

We purchased a 65" outdoor sylvox pool series tv in March of 2023, delivered in April of 2023. It was very nice when it worked. We used it typically less than 2 hours per week and not at all when it was too cool to swim here in Florida, which was Dec to Feb. It was professionally mounted on the house under roof and about 15ft away from our inground screened in pool. The TV was also covered with their waterproof cover when not in use. no hurricanes or other catastrophic weather events occurred where i live in Florida while we had this TV.
A few weeks ago, just 2.5 months after their 1 year warranty ended, the screen on the TV started showing long verticle lines at times and later it was constant. It was unwatchable. I contacted Sylvox service thinking they would have some help to offer and that they may have a local repair place that we can use.
No, in fact, they said it was past the warranty and all they could offer was for us to ship it back at our expense and for them to fix it would cost $761. if we took this option they would warranty the repair for an additional 6 months.
So for nearly 40% of the purchase price with almost $300.00 in shipping in addition to the repair, we may be fortunate to get another 6 months out of the TV. I have no children living here, it is just the 2 of us and this thing was used gently. it is likely a corrupted mother board they advised. Why would that happen in a quality product? If they know what the issue is, can't i just buy the part from them? Local repair shops tell us they cannot get Sylvox parts from Sylvox because they don't offer them. WHAT?
What would have been much more fair is for them to have offered to sell me the parts, since by just the pictures they seemed to know what the problem was, and i would pay a local repair shop to fix the problem. no shipping and much less expensive for me. I wasn't asking for them to warranty the item, though i would have really liked some sort of customer service recovery action instead of the perceived "Gee that's too bad. we know what part it is because we see this problem a lot. sucks to be you."
Hey, it's your hard earned money. If you want a $3k paperweight in the shape of a TV after 15 months, go for it.

Good TV very bad support.
Ok so I could set 5 star for the TV and 1 one for the support.
The TV is good except my issue (the fan inside is noisy...)
Impossible to contact the support. They responsed me once with a generic question.
Now I hope 2 things...
1) The TV do not broke
2) The Support contact me to fix my noise issue
I hope I did the right choice (but I am not sure...).
It's a pricey TV at the end. I know some alternative like SunBrite.

Beware- my 55” Sylvox arrived badly damaged. It was opened in transit by US Customs and taped shut with green customs tape. The $1,500 TV is worthless. Sylvox could care less.

TV not turning on suddenly and inferior optical connector
Seems like TV not turning on suddenly is an on-going issue as well as remote being very slow. Bought mine in August 2023 so I guess a 10 month life span is better than some that have posted here. Sent photos, copy of email confirmation of purchase and other info they wanted and will wait to see how long it takes to resolve the issue.
Optical connector in back is poor quality and couldn't use optical connector for the Sylvox Sound Bar I just bought . Also, seems to not want to be compatible with Apple TV. Bluetooth seemed to make audio from new sound bar finally work when TV was working. But couldn't use the Apple TV remote to operate everything like I can with my Bose and Sonos sound systems I use with my indoor TVs. Sylvox is a poor example of "Smart".

Horrible experience
Horrible experience. Purchased an outdoor television and the optional installation option. Television arrived promptly, and we have been unable to get the installation completed. It is impossible to speak with anyone on the phone or even the chat widget on the website. Every time of day, regardless of the hour, week, etc. the phones are unavailable and the chat agents are unavailable. We get a response requesting the installation information from the chat inquiry and submit the install information. Nothing happens. Do it again, this time the installation actually appears to be scheduled, then the date comes and goes with no contact and no one shows up. Rinse, repeat. Terrible experience. Do not recommend. Trash customer service.
Update: 7/16/24 - still zero resolution. Reached out to the requested email and have zero return communication. Continuing to send follow up emails so we can get a refund for the broken TV that no one came to install.

Got my Sylvox outdoor TV in good condition, but the cover was missing. After contacting their customer service and they sent a new cover super fast.
Delivery times were slow but customer service was great.
Because of the pre-sale, I was worried that I would not receive the goods, I kept communicating with the Sylvox customer service team. I am very grateful to Sylvox's after-sales service for always patiently answering my messages.

Having bought their tv, it doesnt work. I have emailed them with the problem and the response was to try exactly what the problem is.
For a £2000 tv, this is a disgrace. It is sitting in a box awaiting responses from their very substandrd customer service. It amazes me that they can survive in buisness with such poor service. They certainly wont get any good advertising from me.
Just hope if you make the mistake of purchasing one of their tvs that it works. for good luck resolving any issues!!!
