Mick was on time and left the workspace clean and tidy. Units look great and fitted well. Very happy with the service.

I had John Mc and Callum MC Plumbing out today to fix my sink basin and fully fit a new one, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the service.
They were both really nice, professional, and respectful throughout. They kept the whole area clean and tidy, even putting coverings down to protect the floor, which I really appreciated.
They also went above and beyond by fitting the lagging too, which wasn’t expected but made such a difference.
Thank you both so much for such a great job!

My old review was removed by Symphony Kitchens after their solicitors sent my parents (one of whom is a pensioner) a letter to remove it.
My parents had Symphony Kitchens design and build a kitchen and fitted wardrobes for their new home. Unfortunately, the experience resulted in significant delays, thousands of euros of extra costs and ongoing stress.
When the time came for installation, communication became extremely poor. Phone calls and messages were not returned, and delivery dates were promised but not met. This caused delays to their build, with other trades left waiting on site.
When the kitchen was eventually delivered, multiple parts were missing. As the wardrobes were still not supplied or installed, my parents were forced to pay a carpenter several thousand euro to build and install them instead.
He was told that Symphony would not engage with the build anymore and that he would have to drive to Mayo from Galway to collect the remaining parts of the kitchen. During this process, the carpenter was also given parts by Symphony that later turned out to belong to another customer as there was a different name on it!
Symphony have since refused to refund my parents for the items that were paid for but never supplied. The reason given to them was that the company had gone into liquidation. As a result, my parents remain significantly out of pocket for work and materials they never received.
This all occurred during a period when my father was seriously unwell and in hospital, which added greatly to the stress of the situation.
This review reflects my parents’ genuine experience. Based on what they went through, I would not recommend Symphony Kitchens. We are happy to share videos and photos.

Having just moved into a new build with a Symphony kitchen we decided to remove the fridge freezer and change the housing into a store cupboard.
I needed 5 extra shelves so i made an equiry via the online form giving all the details etc. etc. and the quote came back the same day.
The instruction said to call the additional unit sales line which i did and i spoke to Shannon who was very polite, efficient and knowledgeable about the items.
She instantly understood what i wanted to do and confirmed the correct items so i made the order there and then.
The items were delivered A.M. the next day with free P&P which were very well packaged and perfect condition inside.
What a very pleasant change it is these days to deal with a company that actually delivers a first class customer service.
Finally a very big thank you to Shannon who made the whole process from ordering to accepting the goods very very easy indeed.
Well done Symphony.
