We honestly cannot thank John Baker enough. After an absolute nightmare with our developers and this being our THIRD kitchen due to their errors, John completely restored our faith.
From the moment he arrived, he went above and beyond. He handled such a stressful situation professionally, calmly and genuinely cared about getting things sorted for us. He even went down to site himself and contacted his bosses to investigate what had happened with the missing and incorrect items.
John was there first thing in the morning and stayed until late, even helping other contractors because the developer had failed to arrange anyone else. Nothing was too much trouble for him and his work ethic is incredible.
Not only is the workmanship fantastic, but he is also such a lovely, hardworking and reliable person. After months of stress, John was honestly the one person who made this process manageable for us.
A huge credit to the company thank you again John!

I want to give a five-star rating to service technician Mr. Tom Holland, who visited my home today to repair my kitchen sink. He came to fix the missing brackets, but found it nearly impossible to reach the area due to very limited space. He first suggested using silicone gel as a solution, but when I explained I was not happy with this option, he listened carefully and fully understood my concerns.
He quickly came up with a brilliant alternative idea: removing a section from the other side of the kitchen cabinet to create enough space to access under the sink and properly secure the brackets. Throughout the process, he was kind, patient, and communicative — he even coordinated with the builders and his supervisor to get the work done properly. Within a few hours, the sink was fixed perfectly. I no longer worry about water leaking under the cabinets and causing damage, and I am extremely happy with the result.
I wish Mr. Holland every success in his work — he truly went above and beyond!
