I went to this laboratory on September 27, 2025, with a medical prescription that clearly included Vitamin B12 and folic acid tests. However, when I received my results, I noticed that these tests were not performed. The laboratory decided not to run them simply because my hemoglobin levels were within the normal range, ignoring my doctor’s specific request.

This is unacceptable, as Vitamin B12 deficiency can occur even without anemia, and my doctor ordered these tests for a reason. Patients should be able to trust that prescribed tests will be carried out exactly as requested. I am very disappointed with this experience.

Synlab web is complicated and it their system is very bureaucratic and doesn't work: Getting a code & an appointment doesn't mean you will be attended. This has happened to me at Synlab center located at Rambla del Passeig 54 , Vic, Barcelona, today 12 May 2023

Vergüenza en Synlab! He pagado 400€ por dos test y no me quieren dar acceso a los resultados del test que ya está disponible! Tengo que esperar 20 días hasta que ambas pruebas estén listas. ¡Que patetico! muy mal servicio con incluso vale la pena el servicio al cliente. Hay mejores opciones en Barcelona.

Shame on Synlab! I paid 400€ for two test and they don't want to give me access to the results of the test that is already available! I have to wait 20 days until both test are ready. How pathetic! very bad service with even worth customer service. There are better options in Barcelona.

Ich habe 400 € für zwei Tests bezahlt und sie wollen mir keinen Zugang zu den bereits verfügbaren Ergebnissen des Tests geben! Ich muss 20 Tage warten, bis beide Tests fertig sind. Wie erbärmlich! Sehr schlechter Service, Kundenservice nicht vorhanden. Es gibt bessere Möglichkeiten in Barcelona.

Excellent lab, and excellent staff, in Ibiza the ladies in reception are extremely helpful and knowledgeable! All the results came in time, and the lab is a state of the art one, extremely clean and modern

This company has been to my home several times to collect samples for analysis. They always come at the correct time and have results ready quickly. The best is their technicians, they are the best….easy with no pain! Definitely 5 stars!

24h service on a pcr test is simply false. We went to Almeria to receive a pcr test, we had an appointment at 12u10. When arriving they stated after 12h the results are available starting from 16:00 the day after... that's not 24h. We missed our flight because of this.
