I just want to congratulate the…

I just want to congratulate the service done by this young girl named Khazima in one of Synoptik in Taastrup Hovedgade.

She was absolutely amazing in handling the situation.

I was waiting for a little bit longer than expected for these new glass lenses, and I tried to get some answers regarding why it was taking that long to receive them, but after speaking to two different persons in the shop , they could not give me an explanation, but Khazima was super efficient and friendly and besides providing me an answer she solve it and I even got some money returned.

So I wish with this review that she can be recognised for her service.

NEVER SYNOPTIK

NEVER SYNOPTIK!

I ordered contact lenses for 6 months (which I'm paying monthly) at the 14th of July 2021. Today is the 1st of September and still nobody can tell me why I didn't receive it, but they already took the second payment for something I don't have. I've been at 2 different Synoptik in Copenhagen all together 4 times in the last month. They could only tell me to come back next week they will sort it out then. I came back 4 times, nothing changed. Nobody said if my ordered ever got out from the shop, ever got to the delivery, ever been at my door or ever been purchased at all. Every week I'm coming back wishing somebody can tell me any relevant information about my contact lenses.

As the last point, of course today they asked me to come back again. I wil receive an SMS (I was waiting for their phone call which never happened so no big hopes for the sms) about my new order. And again, nobody said they reordered it, which won't come to my address but to the shop. (The main purpose of my original ordering was to come to home so I don't need to come to the city center to get them.) Above these, I only mentioned them the payment which they are taking and if I can transfered it to the last month or I can get a refund... Obviously, nobody knows nothing.

If you can wait for months to reiceve your order and you are fine to pay for something you never received then synoptik is a good choice.

If you need your contact lenses to the date as agreed and wish to have a service where they are able to tell anything about your order. NEVER CHOOSE SYNOPTIK.

It should not be necessary for you to come to the store so many times. The store itself should have followed up on the case and contacted you. We need to find out why you don’t receive the boxes we send to your home address.

We are glad that you are sharing this experience with us, so we can contact the store and make them aware of this. This is far from the level of service we want to provide our customers.

Awful experience at Synoptik…

Awful experience at Synoptik Hvidovrevej 139, under 1 star. Long story short, very uncooperative with insurance payments, probably something to do with the personal bonuses paid per sold pair of glasses that drive the customer to pay from his own pocket , even if the insurance company covers full payment.
Also trying to lie and deceive customers.
Time, energy consuming , unacceptable standards experience.

I'm sorry this is how you experienced it with us.

When we have deal insurance cases, on broken glasses, we must in good faith evaluate your glasses based on a set of rules.

It is up to us to assess the extent of the damage to your glasses for the insurance and report it to them, in addition we state what value the glasses were purchased for and what it will cost to repair the glasses.

The store has assessed that your glasses were broken, but that your frame wasn’t and have therefore on the right terms only registered your glasses to the insurance.

We have talked together per. phone and had a pleasant talk.
To which we agree that if the insurance has given you word that they would like to cover your frame as well, they just need to give us a written approval on this.

I hope this resolves the issue.

Was advised 2 buy 2 pairs of glasses

Was advised 2 buy 2 pairs of glasses. One for screen and one for everyday use. The second cost 6000 kr. I had to return both after a week because of wrong prescription regarding astigmatism. Still waiting on them after 20 days. No explanation on why they were wrong. 2nd pair of glasses was probably not even needed. Very dissapointed !
