Professional and Effective Service

I emailed SysFix on Sunday evening; they made an appointment Wednesday morning. Their technician arrived exactly on time. He was friendly and respectful. Most importantly, he was able to identify and solve the problem with my desktop, despite my own investigation leading to misleading ideas! When he recommended hardware repair, we was clear in his opinion that it needed doing without being pushy and trying to force my decision.

I would describe the price as slightly expensive. However, given that they came to me and the general quality of their work, I still consider it value for money.

Malware and unwanted pop-ups on laptop…

I had malware and unwanted pop-ups on my HP laptop and I messaged SysFix IT on Sunday 7th November and they were able to send an IT technician on the next day (Monday). He arrived on time and fixed the problems, explaining what he was doing to me. I am delighted.

I am thrilled to finally have Normal service

I am thrilled to finally have my full internet back Johnathon worked on getting it done via remote and I couldn't of had a better service, polite, quick and the occasional poor joke from me made a harrowing time turn into a brilliant outcome. Thank you and I will save your details should I ever 'God forbid' need you again.

Very good service

Brilliant service from Paul!

Brilliant servicefrom Paul today. We were having a network issue with our computers for our business which meant the POS software could not be used. Paul very quickly diagnosed what was wrong & fixed the problem. We are very glad to have come across Sysfix as we now plan to use them for all our business IT support. Thank you!

Superb service!

Superb service! SysFix were very quick to respond to my query, also very knowledgeable. I had been struggling with my newly built gaming pc which wouldn't boot for two weeks. I had gone through all the suppliers i bought from for trouble shooting and sending back parts which we thought were faulty, but no luck. Anyways, I called SysFix in the afternoon, booked in my pc the next morning and within 15 minutes Jonathan had found the fault and called me back to come collect. Will definitely be using them again in the future, I highly recommend them. Very affordable, and they offer many convenient services including collection, dropping off, remote support and call out technicians. Thanks Jonathan!!

Excellent friendly service, very responsive and proactive

My laptop went dead and SysFix was one of the 3 companies I contacted for possible help. Jonathan called me within the hour and was clearly very knowledgeable. He politely and patiently answered my many questions on the phone and sent me 3 options from which to choose with price quotes. He picked it up the next morning and returned to me in great working condition on the next business day. He really tried hard to make my life easier; it was a pleasure to work with him.
