Outstanding service from every person I came in contact with. Jessica & Shaun were exceptional in explaining everything in detail & went above & beyond! So great to have an amazing team at my local Audi garage!

Completed work under warranty which was ok hard to mess up. Second time I asked for a health check and didn’t complete it aswell as the car wash being terrible just been sprayed with a hose. Also asked my preference for courtesy car as I drive auto and they booked me a car out on my conformation and on the day fobbed me off with a manual car which made me uncomfortable and just overall poor service.

Shaun went out of his way to ensure I received top quality and care, thankyou.

Absolutely shocking service. Had nothing but problems since purchasing our car and the lack of customer care after the sale is abysmal. Wasn’t told until we went to collect that the spare key was missing. Then made to wait nearly 3 weeks for a new one. Fault on the car and after 2 week in their workshop it’s still not sorted. Now expected to be without the car for another week and no courtesy car. Wouldn’t even bother to escalate to the sales manger. Don’t even trust they’ve done what they say to try and repair the issue. Communication… what’s that?

Staff are all lovely but I find the fact that the service advisors are in an office and not front facing poor. I know most dealerships are doing this (BMW) but in my opinion and many others I think it’s not fair on the reception staff, who are very nice people but who are not technically trained and end up fetching the service advisors out anyway. Car cleaned good as requested, workmanship good. Video of car informative.

Great service from Sytner Drive Accident Aftercare. Took charge of everything and I had to do nothing whilst my car was repaired after a third party fault Accident. They even dealt with the others parties insurance. I would definitely use a gain and the standard of work was excellent

I had a great experience with Audi Derby, my car got crashed into last month and with the help of Gareth Oates and James Lester, I was quickly back on the road, the whole process was seamless and I can’t fault them! I would always recommend Audi Derby to anyone if they were to purchase an Audi :)

Avoid Audi Derby like the plague all. Just had my A5 serviced which ended up costing me over £700! No transparency in pricing , constant high pressure up selling all the time, ultra confusing list of services. Went in for what I thought was a 20k service at £340 but turned out that was the cost just for an oil change! Never going again and never buying an Audi again. I’ve met double glazing salesmen with fewer sharp practices!

I recently had my car recalled at Audi Derby, and I must say the experience was excellent. The team handled the recall efficiently, and the process of getting my vehicle fixed was smooth and straightforward. The customer service throughout was outstanding, staff were polite, knowledgeable, and kept me informed at every step. I left feeling confident about the work done and very satisfied with the overall service.

Everything was sorted on my arrival as soon as I entered the building by cholea as she took all my details to make sure they were correct.

worst car service in 40 years. No oil and filter change. When I called about it, they lied that it wasn't necessary, and then called in 3 weeks to schedule another oil change. As a disabled person, I waited all day twice to pick up my car even though they didn't do anything to it. Yesterday I dropped off my car at 9:00 a.m. and it stayed there until 5:30 p.m., when the lady came and said with a smile that I, a person with mobility difficulties, should either leave my car with them until the next day or go to another service center to have the tires replaced because they don't have time anymore. At the same time, they were serving private clients all day long without any concern for me. Complete lack of professionalism and simple human kindness.
