When I first walked into the dealership I was a bit hesitant at first as my perception of car sales was always a bit different from past experience, I was greeted by mateen and instantly he was very helpful and sat down with me put the order in for my new car! Was very very informative about the updates and he was constantly updating me with progress updates! Fast forward to collection day and we arrived to collect our urus! We where provided with breakfast and refreshments! Did the paperwork went threw the full vehicle controls and information by which time it was lunch! He arranged an external 5* lunch for us at the dealership! Excellent experience will certainly be coming back for more! Keep up the good work mateen & team!

Hi, I had my Aventador delivered straight to Leicester Lamborghini for a service after purchasing. Close to £5k for oil, plugs, and brake fluid service and following inspection by a specialist on receipt I concluded this was an absolute shamble.

The health check failed to identify that the "front" shocks were leaking, an eGear leak, corrosion on the door (which should be covered by their 10r warranty), and loose chassis brace causing a great big thud on turning (surely this would have been identified should the vehicle have been road tested OR may have been loose if removed and not fitted correctly). Also the under tray was covered in fresh oil due to not removing when doing the oil change - suspect this was in attempt to get the vehicle out asap despite the fact that it was delivered on Tuesday morning and was not ready till Friday afternoon - mind boggles as to what was done in that time.)

The specialist also pointed out that various fluid hoses were not clipped down in the engine bay following the service and this could have caused fire should they have touched the other areas of that scolding engine or become detached and sprayed out flammable fluid.

I would have expected much more from a premium brand. I will attempt to contact the manager as this is unacceptable.

Aftersales spot on too.
Better than any other car manufacturer showroom.

An experience like no other car dealership!
The personal touch from both Sean Cook and Paul Quickfall was amazing. I wish I could buy a Lamborghini every month, just so I can visit the showroom and have a great time buying. Sadly, I cannot afford too, but the guys say pop in anytime for a coffee.
