I spent nearly £5k for a service and warranty and the courtesy car was filthy. I asked for a Cayenne as I had come into the showroom before and said I was interested in a purchase. I was looking forward to this experience of the cayenne but it was so dirty everywhere. It was embarrassing and left me with sour taste. This is Porsche not Arthur Daley!!
I also asked for the PIWIS report the page that contains the DME/Engine Control Unit faults? for my car as it had faults relating to works carried out to the engine previously but I’ve not received this!
Not only that but since I had it back Ive noticed the trim inside is loose when they said they had fixed it and there is a scuff on the passenger seat which wasn’t there before.
Nice to hear that Porsche would call me to discuss however Im still waiting and its 24th August now.
