Fast response to issue

Volvo Car Purchase
A pleasant and comfortable showroom environment. But more importantly, a smooth transaction conducted by a Sales Executive with very able assistance from the site Business Manager. The sales Executive was personable, very professional and had a thorough knowledge of Volvo business and the vehicle in question. Added bonus was prompt home delivery some 50 miles distant. Outstanding!

Great customer service
Great customer service, wealth of knowledge, kept us updated at every point and very willing to help if changes needed to be made. I have to say Andrew Woodhouse has been a pleasure to work with and will definitely be recommended family and friends to buy their next Range Rover from this showroom.

I was at the dealer for an MOT. Service was prompt and polite. It was a safe atmosphere regarding Covid. My only complaint is that I asked that an exhaust noise be investigated. When I received the car I asked if the problem had been looked at and the reply was everything was looked at. However, the noise is still present so I will have to go back. I don’t think that the message had been relayed to the mechanic.
