Great Customer Service
My motorcycle had a number of electrical issues created by a tracker installation. Lewis kept me fully updated with the progress and documented the investigation. Lewis also noticed my bike was booked in for it’s mot in a couple of weeks, he contacted me and suggested he could do it while the bike was in the workshop which was an excellent idea saving me a 110mile round trip. Brilliant service thank you.

I was greeted at reception the gentleman that was dealing with my motorcycle MOT explained the process and then asked if I would like my motorcycle balloted when I returned I was again greeted by the gentleman and advised that my motorcycle Had passed no advisories a very relaxing and friendly experience if asked how could it be improved from my experience, it couldn’t.

From the moment I got there I was well and truly looked after. Nice coffee, biscuits, and soft drinks. I was told my first service for my motorcycle would take about 2 hours to complete. It was ready within 90 minutes. The service guy Lewis Clark was professional and very informative. I needed a part for my bike and he made time to come and look at exactly what I needed. He then found the part, ordered it, and told me it would be posted out to me as soon as possible, the price was also very reasonable. My first experience with Shrewsbury service centre and it was 10 out of 10, I will be going back. Another customer who I was chatting too in the waiting area ask me why I didn’t go to the Wolverhampton branch considering I’m from Birmingham, I told him I would travel anywhere not to have to go there.

Fantastic service overall. The only aspect that felt slightly off putting was the lack of an option to speak with someone when you first call, it came across as a bit impersonal and faceless. BMW R1250RT Service
Lewis was extremely helpful during my visit to have my motorcycle serviced. He answered all of my questions fully and I'm sure that behind the scenes, the technicians did a great job. Earlier in the year, Mark was equally helpful when explaining how to resolve an issue over the phone, that I was having with regard to a corroded clip. He even sent photos of a new clip to help me visualise what was causing me a problem. Great service!
