Denis was very helpful and friendly. Didn’t feel rushed or pressured. Kept us informed throughout the process. I was going to have a quick look but his enthusiasm helped us buy the car on the spot.
Due to COVID conditions we had to pick up the car without out any demonstrations etc but hopefully I will find my way.
The only thing was the car wasn’t that clean inside. Thank you 😊

We dealt with Dennis Stewart right from the outset ! He was honest professional always called you back when he said he would even if he was still waiting on information. He got us the best deal possible and whilst he was1.5 hours away I would not have put my business anywhere else ! Polite funny and just a great guy to deal with ..just what you want ! The only down side he was still on furlough as we collected the car and therefore did not meet Him in person !

Marcel was great throughout the sales process.
Everything was organised and coordinated smoothly, with an openness and frankness around what was achievable.
There was willingness on both sides to do a deal with Marcels approach definitely stopped us heading to Volkswagen to see what we could get from another dealer.
It is important that Sales Executives aren't too pushy and show a good level of brand awareness to selling a product. Marcel demonstrated a very good knowledge of the product and kept the process lightweight enough for us to feel we were never under pressure to complete on any deal; but ensured that there was enough scope within the framework of the sales meeting for us to get a deal done.
