Electrical and Tyre Fault
I took my car in due to an electrical and tyre fault . I was greeted by Becky with a warming smiling face and informed her of the issues on the vehicle. Becky was polite and courteous throughout our interaction and she kept me updated until my vehicle was ready to be collected.
I highly recommend Sytner Jaguar Huddersfield. The customer service I received from Becky was second to none, she exceeded my expectations. “I was completely impressed with her professionalism and customer service.

Fantastic friendly team!!
First time us having a Range Rover and it won’t be the last! Last year from when we bought the car we’ve had excellent customer service throughout!
Today I collected the car from having a service and dealt with Liam Halliday. He was NOT robotic and made me feel at ease, which most customer facing retail outlets don’t do these days.
He broke down the report in detail so I understood exactly what was on there, without assuming I’d know.
I spoke to another member of staff also (sorry unsure of name) but again he was very personable and felt very much at ease.
Thank you again for looking after us and we look forward to purchasing another Range Rover from you soon!!!

When deciding on vehicle specification Graham Jones was always available to guide and advise ensuring that I had selected the best model and any additional specifications/ extras had been added. I was kept informed of vehicle progress during manufacture and once arranging a delivery date all efforts were made to fit around my needs, including collection from the railway station. The best car-buying experience I've ever had. Superb service throughout from sales executive Tom Rookledge. Dealt with all facets of the transaction with courtesy, attentiveness and professionalism. I have had a long relationship with this dealership going back manay years. I am now on my 4th RR Evoque and I have to say that I have only ever had outstanding service from everyone that I have dealt with. Most recently I have dealt with Tom Rookledge who 'sold' me my new car without 'selling' me the car. His approach was very professional, his knowledge about the car was exceptional and throughout the whole process he was efficient, attentive and approachable. On the day I collected my car he was very keen to ensure that I had/knew everything that I needed to have/know and I drove away feeling not only delighted with my new car but also extremely happy with the service and care delivered by Tom.
