I revisited the dealership for a job to be completed under the recall programme . Having arrived at the service depot and parked in the identified service lane ,I sat for a few minutes trying to establish what was next , I could see several members of staff behind the shutters but then began to think was I in the wrong place .As nothing happened I went to the reception , to be advised that I need to drive right up to the shutters were upon they’d open automatically!! Once inside , different ball game ,a team member greeted me and explained the process and introduced me to a member of the service team. Everyone was helpful and professional. The text with the progress app came in handy . All in all a brilliant service . The point about my initial observation was maybe to recommend that the access arrangements are clarified and explained in the pre call as I’m sure I wasn’t the first and won’t be the last visitor to sit there twiddling there thumbs !!

Booking experience does not match on site quality
Arranging the support was painful and there was a very (too) long lead time to getting the slot, as I needed a courtesy car. The inability to speak to anyone in person is very frustrating. However the experience on the day was excellent. Helpful and friendly staff. Efficient processes. Accurate billing. If you could make the booking and virtual customer support elements match the on site experience this would be a 5 star review.

From arriving at the drive thru style drop off and then being greeted before being taken in to meet my service advisor Sarah-Louise, the experience was first class. Sarah-Louise was very helpful during the whole experience and I was looked after very well. I was even able to do some work which was helpful. I would definitely recommend the dealership to any Landrover driver, and if you end up with Sarah-Louise then that is a bonus!
