My recent visit was very good, only a brake fluid change so was in and out in less than an hour and a half. I like the WhatsApp chat they have in place, it means you're not waiting on the phone to speak to one of their advisors. Very good service.

I recently had the brake fluid changed on my BMW 1 series at Sytner BMW, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. The team were professional, courteous, and made the entire process straightforward and hassle-free.
What really stood out was the online video health check. Being kept informed throughout the service with a clear video report gave me complete confidence in the work being carried out and demonstrated a high level of transparency. It was reassuring to see exactly what had been inspected and to receive explanations in a clear and professional manner.
The dealership’s attention to detail, excellent communication, and commitment to customer service were first class. It’s refreshing to deal with a team that genuinely values keeping customers informed throughout the servicing process. I would happily recommend Sytner BMW to anyone looking for a professional, trustworthy dealership and will certainly be returning for future servicing.
