Absolutely right in our choice of the Sales Rep. His temperament ,knowledge, patience ,diligence, humour were exemplary. We needed help to make our choice based on identification of all the additional features that we required in the new car. This was achieved. He indeed went the extra mile. One after- Sales issue was nonchalantly resolved.

Highly recommend Jamie Crouch
I am super impressed with Sytner Mini Slough. From when I entered the showroom to look at the car i did not feel any pressure to buy. I was allowed to look and ask questions. I also part exchanged my old mini and this was an easy process. Jamie Crouch gave the best customer service, nothing was too much trouble, he had my private number plates made up for me ready to put on my car. He had all paper work ready to sign and kept me informed on everything that was happening. Jamie really made sure my experience buying my car was perfect. He kept me up to date about what was going on and was always avaliable to answer all my questions. My favourite part was when I was presented with my car such a beautiful surprise. Even though i brought an approved used Mini i felt like I had the same level of high service you would receive with buying a brand new car. Jamie went through all the controls on the car before I left and was very patient. I did not feel rushed. My experience of buying my car was fantastic, and with excellent customer service by Jamie, I feel I can highly recommend Sytner Mini Slough.

Top class service
Went in for a PCP renewal. As from before, service was absolutely brilliant. Not like other dealerships where you feel like they judge you if you can buy or not. Don't take your car here!
My car went in for a service at Mini Sytner Slough.
During the service one of the brake caliper nipples snapped which I was told was due to it being seized, however having spoken to other companies although this may be the case their protocol involves assessing a brake caliper nipple and if they feel it’s seized discussing with the costumer the options/scenarios before attempting to undo it.
The caliper was not salvageable and after my car was there over the weekend I had a new caliper fitted at a heavy cost. Not knowing if I was unlucky or human error was at play I had to take that on the chin.
After collecting my car on the Monday I found damage under the lacquer on both my front wheels that wasn’t there when I dropped it off. The service team at mini assessed the damage and said they don’t think that damage was caused by them, which I dispute.
They don’t take photos of a vehicle when it arrives for work to be carried out on it and no mention of the wheel damage was noted on the health check or any point during it’s time there. Having spoked to other companies not only do they take photos of the vehicle upon arrival, but any bodywork damage is taken note of, the customer is then contacted by the bodyshop team to ask if they are aware of the damage and offered a quote to fix it.
After my complaints the service manager Arron said they’d investigate the CCTV to see if they can spot any incidents that could have caused damage to the wheel. Arron rang me that Friday to say he’s still waiting for the CCTV footage and he’d ring me next week once the investigation was complete. I didn’t receive a phone call the following week. The week after which was over two weeks after I picked the car up I phone BMW Sytner to speak to Arron. I was told he was on training and someone else would call me back.
That evening Arron phoned me to say he’d watch the CCTV and couldn’t see any incidents that could have caused the damage to the front wheels. If the investigation of the CCTV was carried out why was I not contacted after? Why was I having to chase them? Which makes me question if an investigation was ever carried out. I was offered a discount to have my wheels refurbed and that’s it.
After just wanting my car serviced, I’ve ended up with a large bill for a new caliper and damaged front wheels that will devalue the car. I find the protocols at Mini Synter to be subpar not to take photos of vehicles on arrival and no notes of damage to be taken.
Do not take your car to be worked on here!! They use the premium brand of mini to charge extortionate prizes for sub par work.
