Excellent customer service from the team at Slough. Nick Faulkner is a breath of fresh air as front of house and 'salesman': candid, polite, self deprecating and just so helpful throughout the entire personalised service; Mark the Business Manager is really informative and has a great sense of humour; Robin, the manager came out as I drove away to check that I'd been happy with the entire experience and to assure me that I can still keep in touch if any questions about the vehicle.The whole team were happy to answer any questions Nick couldn't and it never seemed that it was a problem, even though I'm convinced they were probably really busy. And if the staff weren't directly involved with our sale, they still checked in to offer coffee and make sure we were OK. Would definitely recommend anyone looking for their next car to visit the showroom.

I was undecided about buying a new mini countryman, but Rory Turner at the Sytner Group helped me test out boot space for my golf trolley to help my decision. No hard sell and plenty of time given to help choose the right model and specification over the course of a couple of weeks. I'm delighted with the new car which is just right for my needs.

I recently purchased my new car from this dealer and couldn’t be happier with the service I received . I am a long term customer of this dealership and continue to return because the service is the best I’ve ever experienced from a car dealership. My sales adviser Ashley Peterson made the whole process of trading in my existing car and purchasing the new car seamless and worry free. Ashley was in contact with me throughout the entire process and was always on hand to answer any questions I had. On the collection date Ashley also made sure to take the time to show me around the car and explain everything to me and make sure I was completely satisfied. I highly recommend this dealership, all staff are friendly and welcoming and provide a first class service.

I had had a bad experience with Sytner in Sunningdale so went to Slough and found the Sales person very helpful and friendly. I then waited 8 months (due to Covid) before calling the sales person to order my new car. To be honest, it was an easy sale, I had built the car I wanted so many times online, I knew what I wanted. The salesman didn't seem to know much when I asked a few questions on certain details and the finance lady had better knowledge. Once I had ordered the car, I was left alone apart from being asked if I wanted to take finance, I finally decided I didn't want to take finance and didn't even get a response to my confirmation. I chased regularly, generally didn't get any response, when I did after several attempts I wasn't given any real details/updates.
Finally, I made a complaint right before collection, I was apologised too and told I would be treated as Customers should be, to make up for my poor experience, which was good.
I arranged to see the car prior to collection and was given a final payment request, when I asked if the value was correct I was told 'I will have to check as I have just been thrown in at the deep end here'! The finance rep came out to meet me and commented on the fact that when I give a review of my experience that I shouldn't let what happened with the previous sales person reflect on my scoring of the new sales person.

I then collected the car 2 days later, I was asked to complete a questionnaire which was a checklist of things that should have been covered by the sales person as I was being shown around the car (which hadn't happened yet, therefore I couldn't complete), commented on this and was told I could complete it after and scan it back...which I was happy with.

I was then shown the car, asked if I knew how everything worked and sent on my way.
I was then chased 2 days or so later to complete the questionnaire...which I have still not done as I never had the various bits on the questionnaire run through with me.

I was then contacted a week after I received my car to be told that the amount of money I had paid was incorrect as the sales person had miss the Gap insurance...I was chased by phone and email for this payment (good to know you are quick to communicate when there is money involved!).

Overall I'm massively disappointed in Mini, its just as well I love the car as your Customer service is poor and needs to be addressed and BTW offering me a free sports bag and wash bag really didn't sweeten the pill.
I would not recommend Mini to a friend, I would recommend the car as it is fab but your Customer service certainly took the shine off what should have been an exciting experience.

Sometimes a girl just needs a new mini and I wouldn’t go anywhere else to purchase it. Mini number 3 from Sytner Slough and each time I have dealt with the friendliest, least pushy sales staff there is and quite honestly it makes you want to buy a mini from them. I would recommend the team to anyone that wants to buy a new car. It’s been a total pleasure. Thank you.

We are very pleased with our car and the experience at Sytner. The staff were courteous and helpful and offered us information around options for gap insurance, finances and the like without overselling these items to us.
The car was prepared properly for collection on the day as pre-arranged and the whole experience was a positive one.
