Service and MOT took two days which left me without a vehicle for a day and had to arrange alternative transport to work. I was left with no explanation why and waiting for a call back on day one which never arrived. On day two it was only at 4pm when I called to find out where my car was that I was told it was ready, really poor service

Very efficient and quick service. Great to be able to book a 2 hour time slot and have the work complete and the car washed in just over 1 hour and 15 mins.

Really friendly and calm reception area. Both Alex and Ashley were eager to help in any way they could. Alex with the sale and Ashley when we picked the car up and follow up questions. Registration to picking up my car was seamless. I had as requested a log of all work and serial numbers for the two batteries replaced.
Only negative was that my car hadn’t been washed and was in a very dirty state. The manager at Volvo Warrington took it to a nearby cleaning place and had it cleaned.

General service was good but I was told the work would take an hour and therefore should wait, ended up being over 2 hours, with no updates. Also the fact you can never call a human being is annoying as call backs are a lottery.

Volvo dealership Warrington top marks
On visiting the Volvo dealership in Warrington, i was made to feel welcome, the environment is comfortable and a coffee was made and brought to where I was sat. It wasn't long before Geoff came and introduced himself inviting me to his table. Very quickly we accomplished what was required. I now own a nice V60 B4.
Overall, a good experience, friendly and polite staff, good customer service.

Staff at the garage excellent very pleased with the work carried out. Only complaints are not being able to speak to a person when you ring the garage always have to leave a message. Secondly I got an email to confirm booking on line which I took the time to complete and added information to. The following day I got a phone call to confirm the booking and had to repeat the added information and was told that the garage don’t get sent the online response. Seems a waste of my time and an ineffective waste of Volvos
