This is my second time dealing with Audi Wakefield and as with my first visit the service was fantastic.
My car had a computer fault and I was told on the phone when I booked it in with a central team that it could take a few days to resolve.
On the day I arrived and was seen straight away and provided with a curtesy car. The lady I dealt with was great and said that they would try their best to resolve the issue the same day.
By 5pm my car was ready to collect and had been valeted, which was a great touch.
Even the aesthetic of the car collection area and workshop looks impressive (cool, according to my ten year old son).
I cannot recollect the name of the lady I dealt with, but she deserves recognition for being polite, professional and efficient. A real asset to your Team!

His organisation made it so much easier for the handover process too as I was sent everything over in advance so I didn’t have to sign everything on the day. He kept me up to date throughout the whole process with any updates to the vehicle etc. All to which I was extremely grateful for, thank you ☺️

I have a Audi Q3
On Wednesday 13/5 I went for petrol and found I could not open the petrol flap. On 14/5 I tried to phone Audi Wakefield. Eventually got through to a person and I asked to be put through to the work shop and was cut off.
After several more attempts I left a message and was informed I would get a ring back in 45 minutes and an hour later I had to ring again this time I did get a call back.
The person contacted the work shop with my problem. The reply was they could not help as they were fully booked and the first appointment was 16/6. I was also told they had been instructed not to take any servicing bookings at the moment. I remonstrated with them about my impossible position with no success.
Next I rang a local independent garage who asked me to take it in the next morning which I did and it was repaired that day. That was excellent customer service.
Needless to say I will not be buying an Audi again.

Recently booked my 2020 Audi TT in for oil change service and was uncertain if the Quattro system also required attention. Luckily discussed with aftersales consultant Donna Copland who, in great detail, explained what the car required at this stage and in the future which greatly assisted me in maintaining a full Audi service record. This enabled me to plan future costings and have an impact on car value. There was one slight issue Donna was uncertain of, however she made certain she found the right answer showing a commitment to customer satisfaction. Well done.

I had my vehicle in for an airbag recall upon collecting my car I noticed the fan speed was set to 8 which was unusual I then discovered I had no a/c also my dashcam was pointing to the sky and was disconnected nothing should have been touched in the car as I was only having having a recall I rebooked in to sytner Audi for them to have a “play “ with my vehicle only to be told it was nothing to do with anything they had done but they could re gas my a/c for £200

The waiting times, I arrived to drop my key off, got greeted by reception, then got told to sit with a customer service clerk, to then be told to wait for a technician, who confirmed my details and why I was there, just for me to sign a bit of paper, I don't understand why a customer service clerk couldn't have done that and saved me 15minutes of sitting around, similar scenario for picking my car up. Other than that, the issue has been resolved and the wash & vac the team do is great!

I purchased a brand new car from Wakefield Audi and I couldn’t be happier with the service I have received.
From the minute I stepped foot into the dealership, to driving my car away, and even the aftercare I have received has been nothing short of amazing and very reassuring.
