A sorry tale…
A sorry tale…. Placed a deposit on an Audi sport in July 2025 due for delivery Sept, was approximately 2 months late when in November I was told it had been damaged in transit. They refused to provide a loan car but offered a quick repair of the damaged car and free use of the car whilst they ordered a new one. I then endured nearly 3 months of chasing them for an update on the repair, asking on a number of occasions to speak to the head of sales but despite assurances he never returned my calls. Finally after more chasing I was told that the car had been declared a write-off and wouldn’t be repaired. Needless to say I cancelled my order - an absolute disgrace, the worst customer service I have received from any organisation ever!

Good, but the Fast Lane pre-booking for servicing just isn’t working.
Had to do everything from scratch on arrival, so it seemed pretty pointless.
After that everything was good.

Outstanding experience with Audi West London
I had an excellent experience dealing with the sales team at Audi, particularly with Altay. From the very beginning, they were tremely patient in explaining every step of the process required to acquire the car, ensuring I fully understood all the details before making any decisions.
Communication was consistently clear, timely and transparent, which made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. They were also very flexible in accommodating meetings around my schedule, which I greatly appreciated.

Patient, pressure free but focussed
I came in having a vague idea of what I was after, so Altay spent time to identify the key things I needed, and then took me through all the different options as a process of elimination to find the right car. He was very patient and the whole process was pressure free but focussed. He made the whole experience fun and relaxed, and I ended up with a beautiful car!

5* service experience
Took my car in for its first service and was very well looked after by the highly capable Nayan Patel. He is an excellent service advisor. He took his time to go through the schedule of works on the car and I also had an issue with my MMI module and he took his time to help me resolve.
Nayan really went above and beyond an I hope my review goes a little way to helping him gain the recognition he deserves. He really was the consummate professional. He also took time to help me diagnose the issue with the MMI
This is the first Audi I have owned and the sales and service experience has been exemplary thus far
