No specific problem for the order of my camera. Just no information about the real date of delivery (date of dispatch, who is the transporter...).

Quick responses, but due to lack of control throughout the delivery process you wait a bit over 2 weeks to receive your high-price camera without a real tracking ability.

In addition it´s not really cool for us Europeans to be asked for personal papers like an ID, pay check etc. just in order to verify the person itself.

Just never do it! Blank everything out which is not for public, if you really want to buy here. This feels really bad from customers perspective.

But over all, camera arrived, new as ordered, so the result ist fine.

They've delivered (the best price zenfone one can find) in Italy in a week or so... the pack was tracked and if any problem occurs they reply fast. Awesome 👍

They are fast, trustable and have really great prices. It's true they ask for some infos and documentation about you and your address and I'm not sure why, but once it's all set, the shipping happens right away and they're also really fast in responding to your emails whatever doubt or request you might have. The product was 100% new and perfect. I strongly recommend and will buy on their website again.

I had more communication with T-Dimension than I'd like. After placing my order of about US$5000 I underwent sort of approval that my order and address are real. I used my work address, so I ended up providing a copy of my payroll and personal ID. This took about 4 iterations and reminders and resulted in about a week delay in dispatching my order.
The actual delivery via UPS was fine and quick.
The goods arrived in an open box, which is in accordance with the company's policy stated in every e-mail. They say they carry out "quality check".
The goods are genuine. Strangely, the camera language was set to Hungarian, the battery was completely empty and the display slightly dirty from touch control.
But overall, I'm satisfied. There were slight problems but nothing really unexpected. The price was very low.

Bought the Vivo x90, been using it about 3 weeks now, overall good phone, using for FB, casting to my tv, takes good photos, so far so good.

They did not ship me what I ordered, stating that the one item that they had was damaged and they had no more stock to replace it. I was refunded by the company, but then socked with a foreign payment fee even after the cancelled order.

To start of I want to say that this is my 7th phone from T-dimension since 2018 (i bought couple of them for my friends).

This time I bought a S23 Ultra from one of T-dimensions Ebay account (eurocart4 to be exact), and after receiving the phone i discovered that one of the seals was broken, so i thought that this is not a big deal, maybe they wanted to check the phone or something. I asked the seller about this situation, and I even provided the video where i unboxed the phone, and asked why i didn't received invoice, but they never answered me (on Ebay or any email). This is how they treat their loyal customers, I do feel like i just lost a warranty for a 1000 EUR phone, since they can just simply ignore their customer if there is any question/problem to appear. I would suggest just paying extra 100-300 EUR/USD and buy it locally, to avoid being ignored after the deal is done.

UPD: Well for some reason seller even flagged my review as "not genuine", but i do have all the evidence of purchase. What is the reason for being so hostile towards your client? I literally asked for a invoice and about the box, just wow.

I have bought an expensive phone and a camera lens from T-Dimension. Both times everything went perfectly. They do require you to send proof that you are who you are (sent a copy of my licence and a bank statment) think this is just for higher priced items, which is assuring they won't sell to stolen credit cards.

You save so much money compared to buying any where else. It's amazing value. Also had to contact customer service and they were very quick and helpful.
