Excellent price but very long process to check identity and delivery of expensive materials (up to 3 weeks).

Kept trying to phish for more and more information. First it was confirm my address with an ID, which I censored to only show my address. Then it was send a current government letter, Ie. Tax document, which I didn't send as at this point they would have had enough information to commit Identity fraud.

Shipping was a bit delayed but it was a few days before Christmas so it's understandable. I'm using the phone I purchased from them to type this review. So far so good. Xperia is not sold in Australia and they offered the best price I can find online.

My second order from T-Dimension. 3 Years ago the first time, now the second time.
Both orders took a few days to deliver (about 2 weeks), but always a very friendly conversation.

First of all I cancelled the camera because you kept coming up with excuses. You would not let me purchase the camera without a copy of a bill even though I paid for it. Once you received a copy of the bill all of a sudden you said it was either broken or some other incredible story. I was very unimpressed with your company.

It is not the first time I buy gear on the shop. They always have been nice and professional.

The order took a bit longer than anticipated, but thanks to the very response Elaine, my concerns were taken away. Very happy with my purchase and I can recommend T-Dimension to everyone!

This is my second time buying through T-Dimension and the service was excellent. The packaging was exceptionally protective for the phone, they actioned the order directly and was delivered extremely quickly in the lead up to Christmas. They also used shipping carriers which were faster than others during that time. I waited an extra 2 weeks for delivery of a phone case through Spigen, but the phone had arrived in a matter of days due to superior logistics choices. All combined with excellent value for the phone, there is no fault in their service or product.

I ordered a Canon r8 from them for the first time after doing a lot of research. I live in Belgium, and it took 17 days to come, which is way longer than what they promised. First, they will ask you for your ID and documents that show you live at your address. Just cover everything you don't want to show them.
The support team is good, very responsive, and polite. But the shipping method was really slow. The package came in one piece, the camera is brand new, no issues. If you are in Europe, probably they will use UPS to deliver. UPS is the worst delivery company out there, but for this price and a brand-new product, you can't ask for more.
Conclusion: this is a legit business, they are friendly and polite. Be patient a bit because it might take a long time to come to you, but the product is good.

I saw complains about a new service they’ve been providing and even though I was a bit skeptical. I wanted to trust them as a fellow business. After payment. They then began claiming they needed to verify some info. Which I sent all and even more than I should have on a personal level. With no shipment update or confirmation they wasted a week and I had to check in on them and after two weeks. They sent a message saying they can’t send out the camera I bought and my money will be returned. As a result. I lucked out on all Black Friday deals which was being offered by other retailers.

You sold me a product that you did not have. I ordered a Red Zenfone 10. You accepted my order. Then you told me there was a quality problem. Then you said you did not have any more inventory and you will not be getting more.

we had some shipping issues that brought roughly a 10 day delay... In the meanwhile Is was kindly updated by mail about the delay. I recomend this Seller.

Don't try to solve problems but trying to take time to expire warranty.

Best place to buy a phone. Fourth time I have used T-Dimension and every time they have been the cheapest, and never let me down. This time delivery was delayed a little by the courier but T-Dimension were in touch throughout and gave great support. Phone was exactly as described and works perfectly. Always the first place I look when I need a new phone.

First of all thanks for the Great Communication. The respond is quiet quick.
Although my delivery took quiet a while because of Customs Control and Personal authenticity. My Product finally arrived after about 1 and half Months.
Everythink fine. And on this FX3 model I got the German language included but it’s not mentioned in the Description.

Received my camera, brand new.
Shipping tracking was not that simple good experience overall, the support is really responsive

Made purchase on 25/11/23, was given a DPD tracking number on 02/12/23, waited until 10/12/23 and the item had still not been received by DPD. Contacted t-dimension and just got fobbed off saying item was on the way but wouldn't provide actual proof of postage. Opened a PayPal dispute and t-dimension sent me an email saying they have a policy where they don't deal with customers who open PayPal disputes. They've been given multiple opportunities to sort out this problem but have chosen to ignore me.
