I was on my guard with regards to other comments, but everything went smoothly: from order, to exchange with customer support, to address verification documents (required as an anti-fraud measure), to receipt of my order :)

In spite of what, for certain people, can be a bit disturbing -sending personal documents with personal data-, and if you overcome that issue, they have the best price that I found in the whole web for the item that I was looking for, ant the service was reasonably fast -about 20 days-. Overall, good/very good.

Everything were wrong.
- No tracking number
- No idea when they will delivered my lens
- No answer to my question
- Continuous blackmail to get me to cancel the complaint made to Paypal with the threat of then having to pay 10% more for shipping the item back
- THE WORST SELLER I HAVE DEALED WITH
- if I had removed the claim from PayPal I would have lost the money and I would not have received the lens I paid for: always and only threats even to my personal whatsapp number
- PAYPAL itself recognized their attitude towards carrying out an obvious scam and in fact, despite the seller's threats, they refunded me 100%

After one month you are not able to tell me when I will receive my lens.
After 10 days asking a tracking number I open a claim to paypal. Only after that you reply to me and you give me a lot of tracking number: the first was blank, the second show that from Uk to Belgium it takes 30 days.... so please don't lie again!
You asked me to remove the claim witn Paypal as condition to receive my lens. I contacted Paypal and they told me to not do that because i will loose my money and I will not receive nothing because, as you know, if I close a claim I could not open agian a new claim for the same object.
As paypal wrote me "seller that ask to remove the claim if not they will not send what you paid, it is the tipical behaviour of illegal and thiefs that would like to steal your money"

The price of the Items for sale, the constant communication via WhatsApp, that makes it much more easier for questions to be answered and the tracking system.
only thing, but for me does not take away from the rating is, i would also prefer to have a phone number to physically speak with a representative for customers service. Apart that, this is my second order from the company amd i am sure to make many more.

At the end of this experience, I could say that this seller is recommendable.

So they were selling Nikon NIKKOR Z 600mm f/4 TC VR S for really cheap price. I bought it. Before buying I even contacted them regarding this price, they reassured it was all good. Once i bought it, they wrote me some stupid unbelievable excuse:
Thank you for your order. Regarding the order, the team checks that the item has a small defect and needs to return it to the vendors for a new replacement.

However, the vendors said there is no stock at the moment and there is no estimated time of arrival.

In this case, the team has cancelled the order and issued the full refund to you first.

When the item is available again, we can contact you again.

Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience and look forward to your reply.

How miserable lie is that?

They never sent the product I paid 3 grand for... If you think these deals are too good to be true, it's because they are. Firstly they'll ask for a photo of your driving licence to commit identity fraud. And then when they attempt to ship the item it will be 'stuck in a depot', only to be magically returned once a paypal case is open. Don't be like me... pay the extra, get it from a proper company.

They do ask for details which are odd like where you work, but I think they’re essentially seeing if you’re going to resell their products because they do such good deals. I got a very good deal for a camera and it camera fairly quickly after I shared the info they asked for. It seems scary but it’s worth it.

Worst salesman of all time. He declared shipping times within 3 working days but after a week he still doesn't provide the shipping ID, which magically appears ONLY after opening the PayPal complaint. Their customer service then asks me if I still want the shipment or if I intended to cancel the order. Since the tracking number provided is NOT traceable on any courier site, I choose to cancel the order and request a refund. The ridiculous thing is that the same customer service tells me that, even though they managed to block the shipment, in order to proceed with the refund it will be necessary to wait for the package to return to the warehouse. In short, I had to wait for the PayPal case to close. Only guarantee

The shipment was a bit slow, but the customer care team was kind and efficient. The product is perfect.

my experience was sublime, communication and price has been unbeatable. during the order i asked many questions that were all answered. Very satisfied with my experience. timing to receive the item was little the only negative side.. but was widely aware before ordering.
product to the dot of my order, no surprises.
will definitely purchase again in future, best price on the market.
only suggestion, just because i prefer to have more of a personal interaction, is to have a dedicated line for questions..... i personally think it could make the difference

I chose this online store because they had a good price on a phone I wanted. After ordering, I received it in 7 business days. Support was helpful with confirming the status of my order and following up after delivery. I did not receive a tracking link, however--just the name of the courier under "delivery status" and the tracking code.

I paid and waited for the Samsung S 23, unfortunately I received the S 22.
I don't think it was a mistake, just a deliberate act and attempt by the client.

I ordered a lens Sony 24-70 written available with stock and i lost more than 1 month bcz the information was wrong on the web site!
Finally I had to choose something else .
hopefully The communication with the Customer service is alright and efficient, they always answer witch is Reassuring.
