All was good, great price.

but shown on website. Till long to replay this information and I only found out because I asked. Otherwise I don’t think they would have communicated it with me.

Negative:

- paid texas=0; so I am not sure whether the import was absolutly in accordance to the law, at least i have no proof
- the Sealing of the smartphone, was already opened when it came to me (i knew this before)
- delivery took 11 working days (more than promised; I also knew this before from a Forum)

Positive:

+ good price
+ payment via Paypal is possible
+ T-Dimension asked me if I received the smartphone
+ T-Dimension finalized the payment after they asked me if I got the smartphone

This company is a real mixed bag. I ordered a camera from it and never received it. This particular camera is in short supply so it's not surprising the company had a problem getting it. However, they failed to tell me that the camera was not in stock when I placed my order and continued to say it was going to be shipped for weeks before finally admitting it was never coming. The company offers lower than market prices and answered my inquiries quickly. I don't plan on ordering from them ever again.

Very responsible and responsive customer service, the mobile is delivered as promised.

Took more than a week to arrive but it arrived in good shape.

The order was not sent after three times the period indicated on the website. The seller in 3 steps requested more and more docs with personal data (ID, proof of address, employment contract or documents on incomes). They also tried to get: landline phone number (home, work), work email, work pass, tax docs – but finally they admitted that they have no goods. I said “immediately cancel my order and return the money” - they began to offer options to delay the refund, and then did not cofirm refund but stopped responding. Only opening a dispute on PayPal helped.

INTERESTING OBSERVATIONS on Trustpilot:
The seller explains that his numerous requests for more and more personal data is “protection the seller from fraudulent orders,” which does not stand up to criticism:
- all known to me sellers (including the largest ones like Aliexpress & Amazon) never do this
- the seller cannot explain how the documents from the employer will help avoid buying with a stolen credit card (if he already has an ID, PayPal verification and documentary proof of address)
Their regular explanations for holding your money as long as possible: our policy is to return the money only after the goods are returned from the courier to the warehouse / the copy in the warehouse turned out to be defective – we are looking for a replacement / we will sort it out with the courier (in case they had told the buyer courier’s tracking code - but the courier denies receiving the goods). Repeated 5* ratings at Trustpilot from the same customers also look unnatural. A real buyer IMHO will praise good service 1-2 times, but not publish 5*-review 5 times in 31 days... So, the today’s 3.8*-rating at Trustpilot is perhaps even higher than the real one.
So, this seller:
- collects detailed documentary data of individuals and their companies from the rest of the world
- under various pretexts, holds clients’ money for as long as possible and does not hesitate to say that he is doing this “complying to our company policy...”
One can only guess about the reasons:
- maybe this is their additional income?
- or maybe even the main one?
It’s understandable how to make money by using other people’s money. And the collection in China of documentary details about individuals and their companies from the rest of the world leads to the worst thoughts about the use of this data
Order history: I ordered a Sony lens for €1186.97. The website promised to send it in “1-3 business days”. After the payment they started to request and collect more and more new docs with personal data, but the lens was not sent. Only after opening a dispute on March 23, 2024 they refunded PayPal account; the credit card refund may take up to 30 days more. Paypal has the documentary evidence of this history.

CONCLUSIONS: if you want a headache, want to lend someone extra money for a month or two, want someone in China to have your ID, documentary proof of address and docs for your incomes and company, but you don’t need the goods – welcome to T- Dimension. This is especially true for buying photo-equipment: most 1*-reviews here are about such purchases

UPD after T-Dimension’s reply – new proof of what I wrote above:
1. Collection of more and more personal data:
- they assure: to protect the seller from buyer’s fraud
- and again they DO NOT explain how their measures serve the stated purpose - for example, how the requested work pass will help avoid buying with a stolen credit card (if they already have my ID, my PayPal verification and documentary proof of address)
- thus this “explanation” explains nothing
2. They lie again:
- here they write: ... the team has informed you that the item is ready, however, you opened a case with the payment gateway then
- I quote their last email before PayPal dispute, started on Saturday: “... replenishment may be arrived at our warehouse on Monday ... If the item still hasn't arrived at that time, we would cancel the order…”
- of course, they can correct their answer in the future to hide this lie...

i try to contact them, trough eBay and form on website... nothing... i find here an email... t-dimensioooon... are you real??? wake up!!! read message on eBay!!!

Ordered a S24.
The shipment took a while. Was described as "in stock 28", but they had to refill their stock first, sounded a little bei weird.
Once shipped everything was fast and reliable, tracking was okay. Item as described, works fine.
All in all recommended.

Hi, ordered an S24. Fair and honest pricing for this HK model , working perfectly fine in Belgium and the rest of europe..

From order to receiving package it took a total of 10 calenderdays.

Trust worthy saler . Fast shipping and bargain price

I just didn't want to buy the Samsung Galaxy S24 with the Exynos chip, which is unfortunately only sold in Germany.

That's why I was looking for a reliable importer from Hong Kong (where the frequency bands are the most consistent compared to us). Fortunately, I came across T-Dimension in a forum.

And what can I say? - EVERYTHING worked great from A to Z!

Good, proactive communication, relatively fast delivery time and I also saved a lot of money. The price on the website is "all in" (no additional shipping or customs costs or similar) and you can also easily pay via paypal. THANK YOU!

Friendly service

After purchase was told items may be opened as part of inspection. No other company does that, so was very suspicious that the item was not brand new and boxed, or not sourced directly from Samsung (so it could be a grey market re boxed / refurbished model). 2 weeks passed so I asked where was my order. Was told my item had a slight defect so would I like to re-order? I was again very suspicious - Samsung have their own quality control so there should be NO need to open items for inspection. I cancelled the order, and will avoid like the plague in future. At least I got a refund.

The company later threatened legal action based on this review, so I have edited it to clarify that these are my suspicions. I have no evidence that goods are not in fact band new and boxed, but my suspicions remain and this response further entrenched my view not to buy from this company. I look forward to receiving more legal threats and will update this review if that occurs.

I bought a phone from OurFriday - it's a brand new Uk model, which arrived early. 5 stars for them, no stars for T-Dimension..

I ordered a Galaxy S24 to europe. Shipping time as advertised & quick response times from support. No import fees. Phone works great and as expected.

** update 6/3/24. Once again same stock reply to others about no stock when they have 29 in stock of same camera and $700 more!!!

Sold camera at one price - after chasing it up for nearly a month told that its defect and no time frame of more stock. Then go online and. See same camera on their website for $700 more and 30 in stock!

So clearly not trusted seller and don’t honour pricing and lie

I ordered a camera with a shipping time of 7 days. After 28 days it was not delivered. The company refused to give me a refund until they had spoken to the courier, who had the camera. After 32 days still no camera or refund, so I had to complain to the payment provider (PayPal). Terrible company, high risk. If you shop with them know there's a good you won't get the product and will have to fight to get your money back
