I was a little skeptical about this whole transaction because of all the scams going on. The price for the camera that I purchased was really quite fair compared to other prices that I saw. Also, this camera is very difficult to buy because it is being discontinued. One of the things that convinced me to purchase it through you was that I could use PayPal. Third order from T-Dimension, a Canon RF 100-500mm f/4.5-7.1L lens, ordered on May 1st, received in Greece on May 14th. Very happy!

AVOID buying from this company at all costs. Phones are shipped from China and you'll be lucky if you receive it. I've had to go through PayPal to get my money back. Case still on ongoing. Complete disaster

UPDATE: - come on then, upload a copy of the document for all of Trustpilot to see!!! Bought on 24/04/2024 and it's now 23/05/2024 and still not delivered. You must have used "Royal Donkey" as your courier!!!

UPDATE: please don't take me to court, I'm too good looking to go to jail!!!! 😜 T-dimension, you are making yourselves look completely and utterly silly and anyone reading these threatening messages you are sending will AVOID you for sure. I bought a phone from you and you didn't deliver it!! You are a completely useless company and I will upload the documents when I get my refund and I am also very happy to contact my solicitor and the UK newspapers to highlight my dealings with you, including the threatening messages. No one will want to buy off a company like this if I decide to proceed. So, I am happy to receive an apology in your next reply.

UPDATE : One month and 4 days later and still no sign of the phone being delivered. T-dimension also cannot prove tracking details

UPDATE: 30/05/2024 - 1 month and 6 days later and after putting up with T-dimensions threats of taking me to court, PayPal rules in my favour and forces T-dimension to refund me. Thank god for PayPal. IF YOU BUY FROM THIS FRAUDSTER MAKE SURE YOU HAVE INSURANCE. Case closed!!!

Absolutely horrible experience.. I bought two phones with this company a few years ago. No issues at all. But this time - it was completely different experience. I ordered a phone and after a FEW days, they contacted me, that they need my ID confirmation (??), even if I had account from few years ago. After sending my ID - no news for a week or so. After contacting them they told me, that they ”preparing” (???) order (building a phone..?). Because I had limited time, I asked them to cancel the order, but instead of that, I got automated message, that phone was ”dispatched”, which in reality meant, that they ordered shipping, but didn't actually dispatched the phone. Thankfully I used PayPal for the purchase, otherwise I wouldn't see my refund too, for sure.. AVOID AT ALL COST!!!

After email assurances and a few weeks wait, was told "not in stock".
Full refund eventually issued but this was not the first time things are advertised at a great price (but aren't actually available)

Purchased expensive camera lens , nothing arrived for a month and only responded with sorry not available a month or so later. Asked for extra payment for insurance and this was agreed and sent.
Eventually refunded money but I’m still out of pocket for the international transaction fees of just under $80Aus. And have to go shopping again for the lens.
In the meantime. T-Dimension is advertising the same product for sale. Albeit at a slightly higher price.
Communication with me was only after I kept emailing with enquires about the excessive delay.
I previously purchased another less expensive lens a few months ago and all went well that time.
On the up side they are very polite and later emails encouraging me to take a refund. I initially held off, partly to not realise my small international fee loss and partly in hope their stocks would be replenished and all arrangements would already be in place.
I’m not too lucky here but must add that I’ve done worse using Amazon, and if you put anything negative in an Amazon review, despite being polite and non offensive, it is met with a notice stating it is outside their guidelines and won’t be published.
So T-Dimension is still better!

Despite a little problem of shipping delay, the team managed to help me get the camera on time, the price was excellent and the service great. Surely I’ll buy again some accessories for the camera in future.

I ordered and paid but heard nothing for a few days so I emailed requesting an update. Whilst I had very quick responses from them, they never addressed my questions and concerns regarding the updates of my purchase.
After numerous emails requesting an update and over a month since purchase, they finally advised that the supplier had not told them if they had they could supply product.

I cancelled my order and received a refund as they were not able to provide me with my purchase and I was not confident that they were going to be able to in a timely manner.

purchased on the 21 march received 13 april received 23 days later was never sent a tracking number. But happy with the goods.

The delivery times do not match the times stated in the shop. The item is supposedly in stock, but when asked, the answer is that they are waiting for delivery from the manufacturer. After 14 working days, no shipment has taken place. The order was then cancelled
