T-Mobile technicians misidentified the cause of packet loss and unreliable connection wich costed me a lot of money, stress and time and then when i went to replace their modem i had to wait for an hour to be told that they cant replace it due to their issues and i have to come again later. absolutely no compensation.

I had an issue with my internet, and they really took their time to fix it. If you don't really speak czech (which I don't), they find someone who speaks English and work with it. They don't insist on selling you more than you came to buy, and are super helpful. Slight deduction, since I had to go to the store, because the phone number for the technician apparently didn't exist, when I tried to call it, but that might be my phone being confused about the number.
