EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE REPS

I can't believe that T Mobile has such a poor rating! My experience with the customer service representatives has ALWAYS been incredibly excellent. Problems arise and it's unfortunate and annoying but having high quality customer service reps make all the difference for me. You can't stop life's bumps but we can over come them graciously and respectfully. This has always been the case with T Mobile for me!!

They allowed a fraudulent lost phone…

They allowed a fraudulent lost phone claim to go through. The person had a different name and address, they did not verify anything just changed my email and sent a replacement phone to a new address. Sounds hard to believe, but it happened to me. Plus they blocked my phone and would not restore service for 3 days.

Phone Issues

I was having some phone problems and Francisco from T mobile in Ontario did the most to answer all of my questions! I'm not very tech savvy, so I find it hard to explain what I'm looking for. He completely simplified the process to better help me! I also spoke to the t mobile customer service team and they were all angels, redirecting me to speak to the right person for what I was looking for!

Big hairy meat swords

Terrible company. Was on the phone with my sister while she was having a terrible bout of explosive diarrhea and dropped the call- found out she actually slipped in her poo and hurt her leg bone- is go with Verizon their calls do not drop and I could have saved my sister from slipping in her poo and hurting her leg bone. Highly suggest more towers in the West Virginia area so I can talk to her next time poo happens.

I had another ISP for many years that…

I had another ISP for many years that went south on their customer service and pricing. I switched to T Mobil as a trial and found them to be a very approachable company.

Their customer service has vastly improved since their rocky beginning and I being a customer service rep my whole life found them to be excellent and I would give them a 5-star rating regarding this

Their pricing is very reasonable. I did a lot of shopping before choosing and found them to be very competitive. I wish I had switched years ago before sending all the money I did to a company that has become too big for their britches.

Bad News All Around

Switched from Sprint due to poor customer customer service. T-Mobile was far friendlier, but screwed up my account so badly, I left after 6 weeks. They also charched me for a full month’s service that I didn’t use. My bill cycle was from 1/9/19-2/9/19. I cancelled service and ported my number on 2/11/19. They charged me for service up to April 1st. And told me I had no recourse, because their policy is to charge for a full month, even if service is cancelled one day into the new billing cycle. Major rip-off!

Company trying to get over

So I had a issue with T-Mobile where I came from sprint to be able to talk and text at the same time because of my job, not only did they suppose to buy me out of sprint with a rebate the also took my brand new Iphone 7Plus and gave me nothing. I submitted all the correct documentation and the representative at the location help me they still yet to do so...still a year later plus now on my credit report and this company try to low ball me saying that the either pay a $100 so dollar bill OR just pay the rest of the phone I owe with them which is only $200 so dollars which is very unfair to me as a customer when they have a $400 so more dollar bill on my credit report very unsatisfied. If I have to I will pursue legal action or I will get a lawyer.

I don't know where to start with this company. One hand doesn't know what the other hand is doing. The worst customer service I have ever dealt with besides specter mobile. Lack of concern for the lack of anything I had issues of losing service with T-Mobile Every time I went out of town. Could not get ahold of my family could not text my family. I had them for one year and kept telling them my issues they kept saying they were working opening up a work order and were Checking on the problem. Never got resolved. Was told it is what it is. So if you like terrible service and no service when you leave out a town this company is for you. The old saying you pay for what you get which with this company isn't s##it
. I would not recommend this company for nothing. Customer service is terrible Just talk to the people then you will understand what I am saying

i would 0 if possible. First of a;ll, I heard they had great customer service. On that recommendation I signed up with t mobile. BIG Mistake.The first person I spoke to signed me up with a very expensive plan. The service never never worked. They only have 3G . how outdated! I did not find this out till later. Then I noticed a special pricing for 55 and older. so another rep signed me up. The first rep send sim cards I paid for. the second one also sent sim cards. bottom line- I never had working service with them,. I told them I wanted nothing to do with them and checked my billing for about 2 months and there were no charges. then in july- 4 months later- they send me a bill. I owe for 3 lines. i never had 3 lines! the reps kept switching sim cards to try to get me service. They want to give me 20.00 off. are u kidding? for no service and the literally hours I spent on the phone? And I paid for the sim cards!! Then I get a notice of collections. then 2 days later a bill from them. They are all over the place. Their employees screwed up. Now the girl says the charges are valid. No they are not. I never had service with them. Beware. Do not go to tmobile. They are crooks and make their money screwing their customers.
This is a warning. to all of you who think tmobile is a good service.

Not the best in the Wold
They claim to be a great company but I beg to differ. This company needs to train the Reps to all be on the same page so that customers don't get different information from each one. I had to call more than 5 times in the same week and everyone I spoke with told me something different. Very frustrating. I did a Youtube video about the whole thing. Please go check it out. Great service on phone

Great service on phone. After waiting for a rep to resolve my issues for four days, I called again. My issue was resolved immediately and I had a new phone the next day.
The ladies at the store seemed more involved in helping an I phone customer. Anyways thanks t mobile

Worst service ever!

Just moved from Germany to Denmark. T-Mobile want to charge me for additional 12 months, resulting in a bill of 475 EUR!!! However they have closed my mobile service, so that I cannot use the mobile :S Last time I called to solve the issue, I waited 25 min in a waiting line on the phone at the price of 19 cent/min. I then talked 15 mins on the phone, and then the lady decided to hang up. Since then I have sent 30 emails. No response! Worst service ever!

I will promise you all, that T-mobile will get no money from me, even if I have to go to the court! This is a fraud company!
