Table Protector Direct Reviews

Excellent Customer Service. Really Great Quality Products. Will Definitely Use Again.

I ordered a vinyl tablecloth to replace an older one and it arrived within two days of ordering and is perfectly sized. I'd actually rate the service 4.9 stars because overall the website, choice of products and helpful information was top notch. My only niggle is that it arrived folded and not rolled. It's taken over a week for the creases to naturally settle out (I currently have it on the table under the old one, to help the process and protect it at the same time). I know that posting rolled cloths would be hugely more expensive but for vinyl cloths maybe give the customer a choice whether to do this. Overall, great job.

Great table protector, perfect size for our large round table. Just what we needed, folded when we received it due to the size but by laying it across the back of a sofa the creases dropped out in the heat of the room. Will roll to store. Easy ordering and good delivery. Would recommend.

Exactly what I was looking for and great that it was cut to size.

Well fitting. True to size.

The product was well worth the money, good quality

Easy order process and a first class quality table protector.
Easy to trim and ready to protect our beautiful dining table through the worst of the Christmas festivities and beyond.
5 STARS and well deserved

We love both the table protector and the tablecloth that we bought. They both fit our table perfectly, are very good quality and look lovely. The service we received was excellent, great communication and customer support. We can highly recommend this company.

Good quality wipe clean table cloth and lots too choose from. Very pleased with my purchase.

Really easy site to use reasonable price for goods Only thing is expensive postage but swings and roundabouts

Huge range of patterns. Distinctive and stylish. Thick colourful oil cloth design delivered promptly
Delighted

Quick and efficient order and delivery. Very good quality, perfect thickness as required.

Really helpful website with clear instructions on measuring a bespoke table protector. Even though I chose the cheapest delivery option, my order arrived really quickly and I’m not disappointed. My new dining table is all ready for family Christmas!

Ordered clear thick table protector , came and fits but looks terrible as it is full of air bubbles underneath , emailed for any tips from company and was told to read questions and answers page , did this and basically it says no good for high gloss or shiny tables , mine is glass so thought would be fine , expensive protector and I now have to buy another table cloth to cover it up as looks awful

Really pleased with our new table cloth.
You can tell it's a good quality product.
I will definitely be purchasing another one.
Many thanks :)

Speed of delivery.
Great product

Superb quality table top and excellent service . Easy to use website . Highly recommend

My initial order went astray which at the time was extremely disappointing as I had ordered a bespoke table protector for two back to back dinner parties. However, this company truly stepped into action to help rectify the situation by sending out a replacement order and arranged a special delivery for a Saturday morning. Whilst my order missed the first date I needed it for it arrived on the Saturday saving the day!
Sometimes things just go wrong but it’s the actions taken that are recognised and these ‘guys’ really did step up SO thank you! 🙏🏻
