fantastic company
Ordered the Cooper Rose Gold back lit keyboard case for my Kindle Fire HD! The one I received had a minor defect (Two C keys instead of X and C - nothing serious at all!) But customer service got back to me in hours even on a holiday weekend and sent a replacement express shipping. Got it 5 days later. I love it. Sleek and protects my kindle and the keys make it perfect for late night writing sessions.

Not again..
When I bought this case I got a message saying it can take up to 10 days for shipping. Ordered my case 1 week ago now to be told it would not be here until July 13th, furthermore, it said I might have to pick it up at my UPS store when I signed for it to be delivered at my home. My car is broke down and don’t have a day for when it will be completely fixed so have no way to go and even get it in case it does ship to the store instead of my home. My sons iPad is now cracked which is upsetting because I just paid $75 for it to be fixed the day after I bought the case considering I thought it would only be up to 10 day’s for delivery. He grabbed it when I was not looking and it fell. Was not going to give him it until the case came in but now I’ve wasted $75 and $20 for this case. I was better off taking a bus to Best Buy and purchasing a case so I wouldn’t have to wait this long. Will not be buying anything else.

Love the the tablet case. Lightweight and very convenient. Does a great job protecting our large 12.9” iPad. Prefer a tempered glass screen protector to the one that comes with the case. Shipping took a bit longer than expected but in times of Covid, understandable.

I believe your Cooper Dynamo has a front entrance. Cases that have front tablet entrance are more rugged because they don't leave the back of the tablet exposed.

My daughter loves her case for her iPad. Its easy to carry around and super durable. If needed I simply wipe it down with a damp cloth or Sani wipe. Love design! Kid friendly and easy to put on/take off.
