BEWARE: SHIPS FROM OUTSIDE EU VAT ZONE
This store doesn't ship from Sweden. It ships from Spain, not mainland Spain, but from Tenerife, which is in an exclusion zone from EU VAT.
So you will have to pay import tax and sales fee, yet their prices doesnt reflect this AND IT ISN'T stated anywhere on their website.
And when you find this out they will only refund the ware price, not the postage, even though it is considered bad style to "forget" to write that you ship from outside EU VAT zone. Especially when you set prices in the "inside EU VAT price range".

Yes i got issues with sites pretending to be inside EU but aren't. Thats really close to scamming, especially when letting the customer pay postage. I mean a decent seller would accept that customers have no chance of guessing that the store that does all i can to be swedish ships its items from a Spanish island probably specificaly chosen for its VAT free location, and pay postage and WRITE on their webpage that they ship from outside EU VAT zone.
And i guess that the degree of pissedness in the response the seller would rather not have their customers know they have to pay import fees and taxes on top of the price in the store.

I denied paying VAT and import fees and the package was returned to the store, without never have been in my hands. The store denied having recieved the package, even when i mailed it the delivery reciept from DHL and the store implied that the DHL driver had stolen it ("... the drivers can take home all the packages.").
After that they have not been replying to emails, and i have gotten a full refund from my credit card company (which i hope they have collected from the store).
Again, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE.

Mathias Hertz, obviously you have some issues you need to take care of. We sell all over the world since 1998 and have many happy and returning customers. We delivered the goods to your door in less than 4 days(!). You cannot make us resposible for Import Customs fees or import costs your country imposes on you, this is something we have no control or knowledge over. When a customer wants a refund we refund them what they paid except the postage that we paid for shipping the goods to them. This is normal but not your "inside Eu price derange"
