I go to this taco bell 2 or more times a week. Most times my order is wrong, missing items and this last 2 times I've went i got told they are out of meat,pop,fries,. I think it time to hire more help and order more product. Always disappointed

Quick service through the drive through. Benjamin was very nice and kind. Food is gorgeous too.

The best thing about Taco Bell at Eastgate Shopping Centre, Basildon, was definitely Joseph. His customer service was outstanding from start to finish. He was friendly, professional, welcoming, and genuinely seemed to care about providing a positive experience for customers. In a world where great customer service can be hard to find, Joseph really stood out and made the visit memorable.

The restaurant itself was average overall and could perhaps benefit from a little more attention to detail in terms of atmosphere and presentation. However, the food was fresh, tasty, and arrived quickly, which was a definite plus.

What really made the experience worthwhile was Joseph's excellent attitude and customer-focused approach. Taco Bell is fortunate to have such a dedicated and hardworking team member representing their brand. Keep up the fantastic work, Joseph!

I was at the Taco Bell at first colonial rd in Virginia Beach on 6/5/26 st 5 pm to simply order fries and a burrito. After I noticed a door dash person had been waiting for her orders for about 28 minutes I had been waiting for 15 minutes and two other door dash people were waiting for a length of time. I paid by cash and told them I wanted my money back they couldn’t find my order after ten minutes they found it.

That is the worst service I had there. And don’t plan on going back

Absolutely fed up with taco bell I ordered food last Saturday never recieved it they kept on chaging times . So I canceld mu order and im still waiting for my money. A disabled woman like me rely on delivery's I want someone to please have a look at my order no 868740380. I want my money back 20.71£ and im still waiting for my money . Haven't even recieved an email or nougnimg.

cantina bowl portion was a joke . plus 10 min wait just to place my order!!!

Went through the drive-thru. The cashier was friendly and I didn't wait long. I requested extra onions and was charged .25 cent but I do not consider 3 tiny pieces of onion extra and not for an extra charge. The classic bean burrito is suppose to include diced onions. It is better not to order anything extra. This is not a one time incident, I just didn't go back in this time.

Basicly no fillings in the stuff £43 spend a might aswell have just got tortilla wraps from a supermarket and saved £42. Don’t bother it’s a rip off

For two years, I have been charged for the burritos I order, then given whatever is already made up. I tried one more time last week. Not one burrito was correct. They were all a cheaper burrito version. So I give up. there are many other places to eat that don't just hand out random food. So you won't be missed.

To half filled drinks, wrong items, missing items, or destroyed items! Just went to Taco Bell today and got a party pack and every single one of my hard tacos look like they were smashed into the box! Spent $30 for a box of crap!!

Martin was amazing in High Wycombe. They were really helpful on finding drinks and catering for any allergy’s and needs our group had. Over all the customer service was amazing and the food was just as good. Recommend anyone to come.

Absolutely disappointed and frankly disgusted with Taco Bell.
I order via Uber eats with specific instructions not to have any form of dairy on my food.
However Taco Bell in Crawley ignored my instructions and added melted cheese (which is not part of the ingredients anyway). Had I not checked I would have ended in hospital suffering a serious anaphylactic shock as I have serious allergies!
I am never ever ordering from Taco Bell again. People with allergies are not safe in this food chain.

Fries = if u have a cut on your lip it hurts but still good
Tables = slightly unstable
Windows = good
Chairs = some are padded
Staff = they are wearing purple
Service = relatively quick
Kiosks = all were working
Ground = was grounded
Lights = were light

There is a short lady who was working Sunday she is not customer service friendly at all she seemed as if she was lost on what to do with numerous orders and walking away while line workers was busting there backsides I had previous issues with this lady she seems demanding by telling others what to do while she sits on her duff playing boss the ones making food was doing an amazing job food was perfect double checked and hot

They are slow taking a long time
