this place was actually bouncing love the energy after a long night of partying hoping for my free churos 🫰

I did an app order for $22 of crunchy tacos and a mexican pizza - 3 hours before closing. At the speaker they tell me they don't have anything in my order. No crunchy shells and no mexican pizza. Basically my entire order. So I told her to cancel the order obviously and she says she can't cancel it and that they can only replace the items with something else. I have to email customer service for a refund. Are you serious??

So they have my $22 still and I may have to contact my credit card company if customer service doesn't refund me. What if that was my last $20?? I would just be starving guess.
It's ridiculous that I have to email customer service and wait for a refund. It's also ridiculous that they were still open for 3 more hours and had nothing I ordered.

It's even more ridiculous that they expect me to accept $22 in replacement tood that I don't want because they can't cancel the order.
The prices are already outrageous! Yet the first thing they say at the speaking is are you checking in with your app?? They push the app, but can't fill the orders and can't refund them either?? What kind of sense does that make??

Taco bell in lillington nc, waiting for a dine in order for 29 minutes. Nothing special just 2 combo meals. If you can't make a few tacos in less than 29 minutes maybe should close up shop

On the toilet for weeks after eating their bean burrito

This company is rounding up your bill whether you pay with cash or card they rounded mine up six cents and told me because they don't have pennies I payed with a card what the heck does it have to do with pennies not to mention that's not even rounding up they must not have nickles either.its not the money but look how many people there ripping off maybe they need a class action suit put on them cause there getting richer on all your change

We spent over $60 and waited for 10 minutes without anyone acknowledging us. When the cashier finally opened the door, she simply asked, “are you waiting for change?”
Confused, I let her know I was still waiting for my whole order and had not even been greeted. She then grabbed my card and ran it and started handing bags of food out(that had sat for a few minutes now) at us. Then she handed me the card and receipt and told me to have a good day so I had to tell her I also had 2 drinks. She rolled her eyes and acted like it was no big deal but I felt this was incredibly unprofessional behavior on her part.

My dad says it's expensive for a quesadilla and a bean burrito, but i think this place is great! i mean, yeah i think they should put up a no smoking sign, because when i came in there was a lady smoking. but everything is great other than that. their employees are nice, and their food comes out fresh.

Went inside to order everybody walking by me then when they finally walk up they say they're going to have a meeting after I was standing there for about 20 minutes this place sucks I gave this place many chances not stopping here no more store in Kennedy Texas I left one star cuz I couldn't leave a zero

If there was a zero star option, that would be my choice. I feel like i've been bent over at the Wigan branch. 23 gbp for a truly horrible tasteless sensation. All food was barely lukewarm, despite asking for it to be reheated. Despicable, tiny portions. There's more beef in a vegan option! A couple of flecks of lettuce etc... never in my life have i had such a dreadful fastfood experience. Taco bell makes subway look and taste like a-la-carte. Dirty, messy restaurant too and severely lacking in atmosphere.... a work cantine has more vibe....

You are better off eating the fastfood at the omniplex cinema, at least it's tasty. Save your money 🤢🤢🤢

Stopped at Essexville Taco Bell at 5:00 pm on 5/8/26. Ordered 2 cantina crispy tacos. Neither one had more than 2 tablespoons of filling and the shells were hard as rock. Must have sat out for an hour. Paid $7.19 for a really awful meal. So many other choices elsewhere. Will not return to this place. Where is quality control? Their cooking staff needs serious RE training!

I'd give them negative stars if i could. The shells of all 5 of our tacos are broken and in pieces. Can't even pick it up. Absolutely ridiculous.

This is pretty much a constant at our Taco Bell.

And the are out of sauce.

One the plus side, this is probably the first time they got our order correct. They didnt short us tacos this time.

We go to the Elburn, IL location.

The restaurant was clean. The staff was friendly and efficient! The food was the best I have had at a Taco Bell! The landscaping in the drive through area is so eye catching and well kept! I’ll tell my friends!!

It’s not the branch’s fault — this is a corporate‑level issue. Twenty years ago, Taco Bell 🔔 actually tasted good. These days, it’s become a pretty pitiful excuse for food.
I even had it delivered to my door, and honestly, what a waste of time, money, and calories.
Today I’m drawing the line — never again Taco Bell.
