I have called and emailed
I have called, sent emails and no one will return the emails. I could have received a new phone but they said it wasn't available. They sent me a card with a so called sim card on it. I didn't ask for it. I ordered a phone and it was delivered. I do not have a sim card to activate it. WHY don't they answer their emails. I DO NOT RECCOMEND THIS COMPANY.

I got a phone 4 weeks ago and call this coming several times over 43 times exactly that I call this company they never answer the phone you are on hold for hours and hours until they close at 8 o'clock then it disconnects you phones that you cannot use you can activate them you can't do anything they still charge money this place is a scam The employees are sorry and don't answer the phones it does not do their jobs properly I don't know what the problem with this company is avoid them at all costs it's not worth it

There is no customer service
I signed up on 10/5/25. I got my phone on 10/10/25, which was quick, but I cannot port my number, because there is no way to do so. There is no way to actually contact the company, emails have been returned, their customer service numbers do not have the option of porting the number, or contacting a person, I just get told that my device will ship in 7-14 days. I just want to cancel at this point.

customer care service never answers my phone calls. not only that the phone number i was given on the phone i got from tag mobile is not my phone number. they gave me a phone number that begins with 582 my area code where i have lived my entire life and people still use it. the area code where i live is 814. i wish to terminate my service.

the system was so easy to order cuz most systems are machine operator controlled make it so complicated to get into the national lifeline Network tag mobile make it very very easy there's no problem there's no hassle I got my phone as soon as they told me that it was going to be there the exact date and I'm highly impressed
