I ordered a phone and every time I go to check my account to see where my phone is or my tracking number it says choose a device I choose a device to plan whatever and it's not giving me tracking number the phone no service no nothing so no I'm not very happy with your service as of now I try to do a new application and it won't let me so that's my review

I was confused at one point in the process while signing up with a certain step I had to take as part of the process so I had to call customer service. I usually dread calling customer service because you get long wait times just to get connected with somebody who didn't speak English and doesn't end up helping you at all in the end. With tag mobile the customer service was none of those things. Very helpful, connected to an agent quickly, they went above and beyond what I'd been hoping for in terms of my request.

This company could improve by having a address for me to write to I ordered a phone and was told 7 to 10 days til I should be able to get the phone delivered to my address it's now been close to 20 days today is the 18yh day and I cannot get a email to tag mobile they have no address and when I call I'm on hold for over a hour just to get hung up on them called back same thing I can't order another phone because tag mobile has my address already and it's only one phone per household per person this company seems like it has wasted my time

The tag came through when I thought my phone had died on me. Fortunately, It came back to life and I am good to go except for some contacts . I will be sending the phone back to Tag with my thanks, Eric Thom

I am Happy with my choice but I did think I was getting a galaxy or i phone but they sent a phone its not either on of the ones it said, I would get but this isnt aa 5g phone and other than that it was just like the rest of what I thought and happy so far just really wanted a iphone or galazy. ty though

The process than they use for warranty sucks, my phone last for two weeks, and I have to do everything to return the phone, they don't send you the box or label to process the phone, I don't recommend this company bad experience

My service is excellent just wish my data was more or unlimited like my calls and text...
I shouldn't have to qualify for an iPhone as a tribal member to receive that phone..

I can't get my application to go through because your website won't let me upload proof of my eligibility. Now I'm trying to go to a different provider and I'm unable to cancel my application with y'all. If you're getting this I feel like you are holding me hostage, please cancel my application I can't get a job or contact anyone without a phone and y'all company is keeping me from doing that

They shipped phone out fast. It works great. I do wish I received a newer phone. Other then that there great service.

I love my new phone But my charger and block didn't work so I had to use my old one kinda bummer but overall love the A67L FoxxD

Love the service

Super easy approval, but it doesn't do what it should. The purpose of a cell phone is to be in contact even when you are out and about, this phone does not do that. I needed to access my bank account this morning to move money because I ran out of gas, I had to walk to a gas station to use their WiFi to do that. I had a flat tire a week ago and I had to walk into a retail store and explain the issue and use their phone to call for help. Sitting here at home beside the router, the phone works well. Relying on it away from home? I'd have as much luck carrying an ear of corn in my pocket! Horrible "mobile" service.
