Sadly a really awful experience. Placed an order on 05.04.22 and AM STILL WAITING for the mats to be delivered. No one answers the phone or emails. I have left one review already in the hope someone from this Mickey Mouse company would get in touch but alas no!! They take your money and then leave you completely in the dark with no idea what is going on, I guess in the hope that you will just give up and go away. I will be reporting them to Trading Standards and to the police for fraud and theft of my money so lets hope someone is this awful company will actually ring me back!!

I ordered mats on 25/3/22 from these cowboys, let me take that back they aren’t cowboys. That’s an insult to cowboys. I ordered mats on the 25/3/22 and still haven’t received them now at 18/3/22 and counting. Opened a complaint with pay pal and still haven’t received anything from them either. ……….,,,…….. so what can I say. ………. Avoid these people at all costs. They are charlatans.!!!!!! Save your hard earned cash. I wish I had set my money on fire and threw it away. I would have had better satisfaction than what I’ve received from this crappy outfit. I only hope people see this rating before they waste their cash on this company.

We were sent the wrong mats. It took the company 2 weeks to admit this. However they still have not given us a refund for sending the wrong product. It has been a nightmare

No mats. No response from emails. Disgusted and annoyed.

I do not understand why this company still has any star rating? Look at the reviews.

Absolutely disappointed discussed with this company, they have had £60 of my money for months (now returned) sob story after sob story. It’s a BIG RIP OFF, stay away from this company. Sent my template for my boot liner beginning of November recorded delivery £7:50, tracked it, it was signed for, but they deny all knowledge of receipt. Paul is certainly trained in all types of excuses, I’ve asked for details of who the actual owner of this company is, with no response, wouldn’t surprise me if it wasn’t Paul himself. Stay away from this company and any affiliated companies associated with tailoredcarmats, you will only be frustrated and disappointed. Steve nicholson

Very poor quality car mats. Wrong sizes and dreadful stiching. And then weeks of ignored emails before eventual refund when threatened legal action.

Further to my last review on this company after numerous phone calls and emails I recieved a phone call from Paul tailored car mats new customer Service manager apologising profusely about the way I had been treated after the call it was agreed that I would keep the mats minus the logo I paid for and he would reimburse me £20 he said it would be back in my bank in 5days but surprise surprise yes you are right no money in my bank no replies to my phone calls or emails do not trust this company buy your car mats from Halfords or any one else that sells them that way you will get better quality and you can see what you are buying all the 4 and 5 star ratings that you see in trustpilot are false read trustpilots either on them this matter is now in the hands of PayPal

Ordered mats on the 12th June, nothing has turned up, emails not replied to and "Customer Services" is a voicemail. Hopefully PayPal can refund the £39 I wasted on this company. It's not the money - I ordered bespoke mats for my daughters first car and they didn't turn up. I let her down by trusting a dishonest company. Should have read the reviews!! AVOID.

Ordered mats on the 19th June, attempted to contact several times for updates, got one standard email quoting lead times. Now the 7th of July, no mats and my account has disappeared off their system. Checked out the other reviews on here, not surprised.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS UNTRUSTWORTHY COMPANY! Purchased mats over a month ago for my daughters 17th birthday. I have chased several times and they do not reply other than an automated service! Feel extremely let down by them. Have totally ruined my daughters special surprise! Thanks a lot for nothing!!!

Don't go near this company, all scammers trading under different names. Cannot be trusted. yourcarparts.co.uk is another one of their scanning companies. Ring if you don't believe me, same voicemail. Placed order 11 days ago, not received, unable to contact them by phone or email. They don't respond. Check Facebook, loads of unhappy customers. Any happy ones I suspect are fake

I ordered Personalized car mats for my Husbands birthday on the 07.05.2021 they did not arrive yet the money was taken from my bank i have tried on numerous occasions to contact emailed ,filled in contact form twice and still not have a response my bank is now looking into the company

Shocking customer service! Avoid!

This company is an absolute RIP OFF !!! I placed my order on the 27th April, payment was taken out of my bank account the following day but as yet the mats have not turned up & I do not think they ever will. Customer services is non existent !! Nobody responds to emails or phone calls & I will be taking legal action to recover my money.

I ordered a set of car mats two months ago for a classic car. I had an email 10 days later to say that my mats were not in stock and could I send a template of the footwell so they could try and make a set. I declined this and asked for a refund on my credit card. I have phoned, I have emailed, I have left messages on the online contact page. I have had no contact but worst of all, no refund of my money. The sales order line is a voicemail, the customer services line is a voicemail. It is impossible to speak to anyone in this company!!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS....or it will cost you!!

11 days after payment was taken.
No product received or response to email or voice mail.
Cant track order as says email not recognised but somehow.....
I have received an email asking if I like my car mats !! ?
Will maybe amend review once I do receive them..

Terrible service. Sent wrong product that doesn't fit. Repeated email, phonecalls and voicemails are ignored.
Now a month in and still haven't received either the correct product or a refund.
Avoid these cowboys at all costs. Will be taking them to the small claims court

Well-made product. Good value for money.
