WOW! Professionally produced product, the opacity is consistent throughout each peice with very minimal occurrence of air bubbles. It's not a hard cast acrylic like in a model kit but rather a somewhat flexible yet firm plastic material. I think it's going to work perfectly with my LED kit. The website stated each order is handmade and could require up to 44 days to complete but from the time I ordered to the time it arrived was only 25 days! I think it's very well made and worth the additional cost to get the full potential from my LED kit. The packaging was excellent and well protected but be warned of the extremely strong model glue smell inside the box. Overall, I'm very satisfied and wouldn't hesitate to order from Takara Model Studio again.
