Full compliments to all Talasey staff I have dealt with to date, from the training day I took part in (re: laying porcelain flags) to any and all subsequent queries regarding an ongoing landscaping project. Everyone I have dealt with either face to face, via email or on the telephone has been experienced, professional and patient. I would recommend this company unreservedly.

We have recently bought 7 Piranha panel kits of grey composite fencing via Travis Perkins.
Wonderful quality easy to work with.
Needed another panel, and TP said it would be January. I telephoned Palisade direct, and they moved mountains to get me the extra panel delivered within the week. Unfortunately cane with the wrong end post, but one call to them, and the correct post is due to be delivered tomorrow. Things go wrong in any business, but its all about how you rectify the problem.
I literally would not consider buying from anywhere else. Quality product, excellent ‘human’ customer care. What more could you ask for?

Experienced some breakages with porcelain slabs. This was quickly rectified for delivery next day. End user very happy and the project wont come to a halt.

Talasey Group have been a great company for my material and a big shout out to Ray who has been extremely helpful, at helping myself and my customer out with deciding what material to use for a driveway we are constructing. He was very professional, very quick on the phone and went the extra mile by hand delivering the samples. Im excited to continue using this company for my future jobs.

Ray from Talasey came to assess my ground for laying paving slabs. He was very professional and gave me a lot of information. He also gave me names of good installers. I was very impressed and I am looking forward to achieving my dream for laying a patio in my garden. I would certainly recommend Talasey.

Great Customer service all the way through the process, prices excellent and product gorgeous. The team definitely went over and above sorting out our transport. Having restricted access down a narrow lane they sorted a plan A delivery service (along with a plan B just in-case our estimate of access size was wrong)! Great service and they managed to get the goods to us on-time which was very quick. Cannot fault them, would definitely recommend and would not hesitate in using them again.

Really high-quality products that you're able to use on professionalls level and at home DIY. It achieves great finishes and last for many years as i regular clean my patio to maintain things and have never noticed any damage or wear and tear

I recently contacted Talasey in relation to sourcing some products for a potential client - as a business we were aware of the brand - but had never used the products. From the first initial contact, the service received was second to none, we were allocated to the correct person, and I received a call back the same day to discuss how Talasey could work with us, and they have kindly arranged samples for our client to view.

I would have no hesitation to recommend Talasey Group to anyone looking for stone as the service has been excellent.
