Notified me when item arrived in stock and posted it so it arrived sooner than I expected. Great.

I have phoned the company on at least 8 times to speak to somebody but eventually get a response to say leave a question etc. I have left a question and am still waiting for a reply. I aslo sent an email to the company with my question etc and got an automatic reply saying being dealt with. I sent another email to say any progress and guess what still no reponse. Will try again today.

Ordered item at Nec in Feb with promise of delivery mid March by 18th no item, no contact. Contacted via website, very fast response and delivery within a few days so initially disappointed but now happy due to quick and positive response am now happy.

Warning to anyone thinking of buying a dometic leggara 260m porch awning !!we bought one at the nec in February and took it out of the bag for the first time yesterday on a touring site ,set it all up then realised there was no draught skirt with the awning,called the shop today to be told that dometic do not supply a skirt with the 260m,I told the chap on the phone I was not informed that dometic do not supply a skirt,all he could say that I could buy one for £34, I declined and told him I would be getting in touch with office of fair trading that I was misssold a item.the weak excuse was that motorhomes do not have a bottom rail but mine does have one.

Bought this melamine set as a gift for a friend who enjoys eating al fresco and has a mobile home. Good value and lovely design...look like they are made of ceramic. Bonus that they are dishwasher friendly too.

Oct 23 - Purchased Canopy £480 & side panels £230 at NEC show from Tamworth Camping and given £35 discount “If we paid in full and to guarantee a November delivery”
Nov - Canopy delivered but side panels would be Dec
Dec - Sorry now January
Jan - Sorry now February
Feb - Sorry now March
March - Sorry now MAY !
Asked for refund (£230) received £200 with a we’ve taken back £30 of the discount.
Needless to say we wasn’t happy the discount was for paying in full and guaranteed Nov delivery
