Ordered parts, quick delivery
Ordered parts for brushcutter and delivered quickly.
Only slight negative was I didn't get an order acknowledgement or email response so didn't know if order was ok until the parts arrived.
But arrive they did, so no real compaints.

The good and bad of ordering
I phoned after not finding what I needed on the website, and was quickly helped and sent the right parts diagrams. However after ring to work through my order, I then sent a courtesy email to explain a change and cancel an earlier request, this never got a response. Just a quick thanks for letting us know.
Not a particularly quick delivery, and the smallest gromet arrived unbagged, so could potentially have been easily lost.

Was given a strimmer which hadnt been started for a long while. Couldnt start it, the priming bulb was cracked. Found part on website, ordered, delivered in 3 days, fitted it, brrrRRM !

Strimmer brush cutter head
I ordered the product in the afternoon and it was delivered by Royal Mail promptly the following morning. It came with adjuster screws and fully wound.
I could have done with fitting instructions - had to use YouTube to find out how to take off the old head. But once that was done the new one went on easily.
