I placed the order
I placed the order, everything went smooth via bol.com, then usual tracking details from dpd and info that parcel was delivered. And this is where the problems began. I didn't find the parcel at my post box, I waited 1 day thinking it will come the day after. Once it didn't come I reported it to the seller. And I was told that the parcel was delivered to different address. So I said, in this case I wish new product or refund. How surprised I was when they advised me to go to the place where the parcel was delivered and try to get my product back. Can you imagine going to random place that you do not know, introducing myself myself and saying: VI want my parcel'. Parcel that probably could be already opened, used... With no guarantee that someone will be at home. The address given to me was incomplete, just the boulding number so I suppose to call every single flat? So I said that it is not a solution for me. And again, no refund even if they did sth wrong but suggestion that they will ask dpd courier to get the parcel back for me. Another period of time waiting with no product, no money back, no solution. Finally I sent another e-mail and as return I got a reply with form to fill in for dpd confirming that I do not have my parcel. Even if they know the parcel was delivered to wrong place why didn't they sent the complaint to dpd as their post service and send me another product??? I need to fill in the form and wait another 10 working days for the reply and who knows if I get my money back ever? Definitely not recommend this company. They really need to work on their customer service procedures as I have a feeling that I did something wrong while this is completely not my fault. So, so disappointing
